Had itchy boobs yesterday and got way too excited. I'm sure it's nothing but we start hoping.

I've done my back in so niggly aches and pains are getting drowned out. Wish I could say it was because of too much bedroom athletics but it's actually from packing and shifting boxes of crap in preparation for turning the 2nd bedroom in to a nursery instead of an office.

We started this before the mc, not wanting to leave it until I was too large (lol) so figured we might as well carry on with the boring tidying bits and then at least, worst case scenario we'll just have a slightly more spacious office with a rather pleasant dusty purple coloured wall......shit just set myself of crying

Don't cry carrot. Doing practical things help. And u will have your baby.
Yeah my nipples are itchy. I had this when I mc'd hence the small excitement. But I'm trying not to get my hopes up too late as I don't want to get too upset when af comes.

Yeah I did have spotting for two days on what I think was 6dpo and 7 dpo then it stopped. Then have been queasy but not sick. I do think I'm playing tricks on my own mind.
DH is getting rid of his sports car which I bloody hate to get a suitable family car for when we have a baby. Getting a golf. I'm really happy!

Being sociable and having a couple of drinks with colleagues tongith then it's bridesmaid dress fitting tomorrow! I had been worried I might have been pregnant by now but instead I am a bit worried about the amount of consolation booze and chocolate I've had!!

I used to live in Middlesex but moved 600yrds over the border in to Surrey.

Funny thing is I do actually have a long lost half-sister that I met for the first time last year. As you can imagine it is a long and complicated story, but she's 15 years older than me and apparently my mum wasn't my dad's first wife ! When we met something clicked, like we'd always known each other. Very weird. She lives the other side of the country so we dont see each other but send emails on and off.

Don't freak out carrot but I also have a sister I only met for the first time a couple of years ago! She is only 25 and we also seemed to have a lot in common!!!

I am having all the fertility tests redone. As a yr ago when I had them it showed up an underactive thyroid, which they blamed entirely for my lack of pregnancy. Now they think I should be pg by now, so am having all up to date blood tests & ultrasound for polycystic ovaries & anything they need to do before any fertility treatment. Sigh.

I'm going to assume that none of you will be attending this wedding or I'll be shot by the bride for giving away secrets!

The dress is really nice actually, a massive net thing which we just swished around in when we tried them on. Today will be the first time we'll have seen them in the right colour

AF has arrived with avengence. Dr warned me it'd be worse than normal after mc but ouch !

Have been lurking for a while but just registered. Was undecided about whether reading this kind of stuff is helpful or not but I like your attitude(s)!
About me- am 34 and TTC 2 years (no children), DH (not keen on that are there any alternatives?) has low sperm count so we know we need IVF/ICSI - found this out in June. now just waiting as are lucky enogh to be eligable for NHS funding. Even though I guess it's good to know what problem is we've found it really hard. Most of our friends now have kids.
In normal life I work in health care, like cooking, eating (not just halloumi), walking, travel and feel that I'm becoming boring and need to reclaim my life a bit but somehow don't have the energy to do so.
oh and been wanting to know for ages- what does AF actually mean?
