A fresh new thread.

Lets hope this one is as successful as the last and we can help as many people as we can to come to terms with what has happened to them.
Lets spread some christmas support for everyone.

going4potty · 10/12/2005 12:29

Hi im back. Dh of doing shopping, im chilling in nightgown. Feel like i should try and dress, but cannot b bothered.Had some teary phonecalls this am, but nice to know im loved.

Atomicstockinghanger · 10/12/2005 12:32

G4P - Oh hun but crying helps, it helps you to deal with your feelings. I bottled everything up after my MC, and it was the worst thing I could do. I broke down and became depressed after, because I hadn't faced up to how I was feeling. Let it out and make sure you allow your feelings to be vented. Dont fight it. xxxxxxxxx

going4potty · 10/12/2005 12:37

believe me, you only have to ask how i am and i start bleeting. But i hate the frustration of not being mobile and feeling weak etc

Atomicstockinghanger · 10/12/2005 13:21

It must be bloody rotten G4P. But try and see it as a positive thing - the longer you are "immobile" the better you will heal. You mustn't try and do too much too soon. I know you know all this and really I'm just rambling (and just tell me to shut up if I get on your nerves !!) but it is so important to look after yourself. I knew I should be gentle on myself and to take it easy, but I didn't do it. Anyway to take care of youself, take it easy and don't feel guilty for still being inyour dressing gown!!

Thanks for the baby dust MP.
Sorry for your BFN carly love.
Morning ASH, XACK, G4P and any1else awake.

going for walk in country side this am so better get ready!

Atomicstockinghanger · 11/12/2005 11:16

Morning all!!

Carly - hunni for BFN, but like you said, don't give up til AF arrives But fab news about car!! What a relief!

Mincepee - thanks for the dust hun! Bloody theives! Go tell 'em them are restricting your
time and will be telling the judge!! Totally out of order!! Know what you mean about BDing becoming a chore. I have no idea when I will OV this month after such a weird AF so just doing it every time we have a bit of peace. And with DH doing nights and 3 kids in the house, it proves a bit tricky. So we end up at it when we don't really feel like it! Grin and bear it though love, it will be worth it

Enjoy your walk Mygarland!!

Atomicstockinghanger · 11/12/2005 11:17

ooooh! just realised! Have MN taken that thread off - the one about not knowing baby's father??

mygarland · 11/12/2005 12:53

Thanks ASH enjoyed walk, was long tho! Yeah they've taken that thread off

carlychristmas · 11/12/2005 21:03

mygarland · 11/12/2005 21:57

bless u carly, don't worry about us it's not selfish at all, but we do worry where u've got to cos we care!

have fun bd'ing instead of doing it according to charts etc, hope u feel well soon love, x

Atomicstockinghanger · 12/12/2005 08:14

MOrning!!

Carly - Aw hun don't feel down. There is always hope until AF shows up. You will get your wish, as soon as your body ans mind are ready. If this month isn't your then just think you can enjoy christams, enjoy a drink or 20 and eat what you like. Then in the new year you can start afresh - clen slate and all that.
Stay positive sweetie, don't give up hope xxxxx

jinglediddle · 12/12/2005 08:15

so sorry to hear about you BFN Xack, but glad you're not too dissapointed, you're right, you have a lot on at the moment, would be good the close one door before you open another.

Carly - so sorry to hear fo your BFn topo, hope you're ok.

G4P - i am so so sorry for what you have been through in the last week or two. life is well and truly unfair, and we all deserve so much better. I will investigate ectopic support and email you after i've done the school run, in the meantime, you rest up and concentrate on looking after you!!!

OP posts:
Atomicstockinghanger · 12/12/2005 08:28

Xack - have emailed you hun xxx

So whats everyone got planned for today then?? I'm here this morning but have got to go out this afternoon. Its my B/Fing support group crimbo gathering so will get to see lots of old pals Looking forward to that.

mumsXMASwish · 12/12/2005 09:09

Morning girls, I'm having a truly p**d off day today. Boss has been at me already, turns out shes not having holidays but at least she's not here thurs & fri (xmas party) so thats a relief.

I'm knackered so when she annoyed me I had to go toilet so no tears to be seen. Last thing I want/need. Anyway, got the cheques to do now. Speak to you all later!

Atomicstockinghanger · 12/12/2005 09:19

OMG!!

My DH cousin is a big up and coming film director!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is all over the SHowbiz news!!

There is a film out in the new year called Joy Division and its one of Dh cousins!!! WOW!!! Cousins brother is already quite well known (nightclub owner and dated a popular TV presenter too) Ooooh, fame in the family!!

Atomicstockinghanger · 12/12/2005 09:24

Mums - sorry boss is being a cow! I can sympathise though. When I found out I was PG with DS1 (after trying for 3 years and having fertiity treatment, bear in mind) my boss at the time was a total bitch. She made me continue climbing ladders in the filing rooms whilst carrying large heavy NHS hospital files. I had to continue doing all the things I shouldn't have been. I was called into her office one day so she could moan at me for touching my tummy too much FFS!!! I was really fed up and quite depressed, so I saw my GP who signed me off for the rest of my PG, telling me I was not to work in those conditions Bless my GP!! It really was too much though. So, I can understand when you moan about your rotten boss. I think it women bosses TBH, they always seem very unsympathetic when it comes to pregnancy - jealousy probably coz they know you can walk away from your job....

Atomicstockinghanger · 12/12/2005 09:25

Xack - I'm having trouble emailing you hun! Keep getting message returning my mail to your address

mumsXMASwish · 12/12/2005 09:36

ASH - She doesnt even know I'm pg yet! I dread to think how she's going to be when she finds that out.

Atomicstockinghanger · 12/12/2005 09:38

I know she doesn't hun I suppose it could go one of two ways - either she might actually be nice about it, you never know. Or she could just continue to be a mare Just carry on, get your head down, adn keep in your mind that you won't be there forever. tke MAternity leave as soon as you can. Is it 28 weeks????

mumsXMASwish · 12/12/2005 09:40

I dunno to be honest, but I dont want my mat leave too early cos then I cant spend much time with baby when its born. Would rather work till I drop then go from there. I'm alright with her being a bitch just have to ignore her and vent, and cry in the loos abit! lol
