Thanks for asking garland, ok, went for blood test and chat, results this afternoon. The nurse was really good and answered all my questions. Still a bit teary though.

G4P - how are you my sweet? how are you feeling? Any joy today with tests?

XACK perharps you can help me with something? Please forgive my ignorance if this is not connected i happened to mention to someone the other day that i was always sooo tired and docs ruled out any possibilities (aneamia (sp?) thyroid, selenium levels and diabetes) so she gave me a little bag and inside there are 7 stones and a leaflet saying they are chakra stones?! would you know what i would do with them and do they really work?

no probs. Its niceto know you guys are here. Ive got hubby etc but you never know if others are thinking " i wish she'd stop talking about it" Hubby thinks you guys are great for me and i do too.

Carly- you have chakra points on your body and (never used stones myself so not 100% sure) I think you place them on these points.
Red - is the BASE, situated at the base of the spine. It is like the roots of a tree that bury themselves in the very heart of the Earth.
Orange - is the SACRAL, situated about two inches below the navel. A mix of red and yellow, the Earth and the Sun. This is a mixture that benefits both mind (the Sun) and body (the Earth).
Yellow - is the SOLAR PLEXUS, situated at the upper stomach (about four fingers width above the navel). It works to influence your mental attitude, enabling you to be good natured, contented and happy in whatever you choose to do.
Green - is the HEART, situated in the middle of chest. The colour of growth and renewal. Green is a good balance between mind and body, it brings serenity and calmness both to you and those you come in contact with.
Blue - is the THROAT, situated near bottom of the throat. Blue is a very strong, healing colour. It brings calm, peace and a love of both freedom and togetherness.
Purple - is the BROW, situated in the middle of the forehead (or slightly lower/between eyebrows). This deeply spiritual colour is linked to the Pineal Gland in the brain which is said to be a sensory organ. It enables the individual to see, hear, write and work with Spirit Guides.
Violet/White/Silver/Gold - is the CROWN chakra, situated at the top of the head. This is linked to the Pituitary Gland that secretes hormones to other glands of the body. It also symbolises purity of mind and body and is the strongest link to the spirit world.

ok so do i just carry them around with me in their little bag? thats what ive been doing and been getting strange looks when they start clanging together I always thought i had some kind of psychic sense as - and i know this is going to sound really strange- i seen a friends guide walking behind him prety scary at the time cos when i asked him who had followed him into the room he said "my guide" and i went in his room and there was no one there!!

G4P this thread is amazing doesnt matter how you feel there is always someone on here who knows what you are going through and you were right when you said sometimes you dont want to keep on to your family about it. This is somewhere where we can laugh, cry or just have a good old moan OR laugh at the crazy woman who is always testing waaaay to early (that would be me )

I love it when things happen like that.
You could try placing the stones on your chakras. Are they different colours? if so, place them on the corresponding chakras on your body (the colour and place list is what I posted before).

G4P - you have always got us. We will help you through all of this, we have experience and understanding of your situation adnwe can use that to get you through. Don't be afraid to ask anything or scream, rant, cry, swear or indeed laugh (I found myself laughing on here quite alot when i was MCing). I was in a similar position to you, as nobody I knew in RL had experienced MC, so I could let it all out on here. I felt I was boring people around me with what was goingon as they had no understanding of how heartbreaking it all was. My DH was a bit woried abou tme telling a "load of strangers" my inner most feelings but now he realises this "lot" have been my saviors and are now my life long friends.

I hope we can give you the support you need, even when you don't realise you need it. xxx

XACK yes i have corresponding colours i think when my ds2 goes up for a nap i will go lie down for ten mins and try it will it be immediate or do i have to keep doing it? Personal question so you dont have to answer..... do you have a guide? or is it just mediums?

Carly- Great idea. I've never used them before so not sure how quickly they work. As for guides (or guardian angels etc whatever you fancy calling them) I've got an indian (pretty apt as I'm part cherokee), a wolf, a cloaked man and i'm pretty sure i've got my nan and brother (who my mum m/c).

Also my babies of course

ASH i know what you mean when i was rushed into hosp at 32wks with my ds1 they thought i was in prem labour and said they couldnt hear the heart very well, do you know where they put me? On the bloody post natal ward!!!!!! I was only there for a few hours while they sorted out a room for a trace and scan to be done but imagine if i had lost the baby at that point (luckily it was only a kidney infection) They just dont think do they?? Im sure if one of the bigwigs in the nhs system had a m/c they would soon restructure it so the epu was nowhere near the antenatal clinic
