Afternoon ladies!

Well I just wanted to write my symptoms down to see what everyone thinks, I really don't think we will have been successful this month, but my symptoms so far :

Spotting mid cycle - Not sure this could have been implantation or anything as quite early on, would have been around ovulation for 1 of them
Thrush!!! - Awful for about 1 week just about gone now, had this when pg with DS1???
Extreme Tiredness :( - For last week have been absolutely exhausted, have had some late nights but nothing major, were talking 11pm, and DS2 has started to sleep much better so actually probably getting more sleep than for a long time. Monday everyone kept asking if i'd been crying as eyes were soooo tired. Then yesterday and today get to about 3pm and could truly go to bed and not get up until tomorrow :(
Mood swings - have been emotional and also extremely cranky in past couple of weeks, teachers school report made me cry, been screaming at the kids (school holidays lol)

Not sure when due as had really weird cycle last month, was 37 days long, which in my terms could be up to 10 days late!!. So cd 24 today I am not testing early this month and will try and wait until tuesday.

So what do you think:)

OMG! I've got a BFP!! Slightly shell-shocked; was beginning to think it would never happen (wrong side of 40 etc).

Really hoping you all get BFPs.

1tt - perhaps you're to early to test?

going - I like your thinking, the perfect get out clause without causing offence.

Thanks for the support. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you. :)

Wow! Congratulations, thats brilliant news Plink

Yea maybe it is too early, im not sure obviously not knowing when my AF is due. Time will tell. Just going to go careful tonight

All the best plink, hope you have a healthy and happy pregnancy :)

goingmadtrying · 30/07/2011 20:06

Yeah well done you congratulations, went to get a cheapie test from sainsburys today and they'd run out!!!! Currently cd27 feeling a bit woozy today but no other major symptoms my tummy feels a bit gurgly so will see will not test until Tuesday I think as this is my average length cycle :)

goingmadtrying · 31/07/2011 07:36

Morning ladies

plinkety how did you go with your wine bearing friends??

Cd28 for me and no sign of af as yet, proud of myself for not testing early:) although I have a strong feeling it won't happen for me ever again, I have the glimmer of hope as no af visable. I wanted to ask your advice as to when to test, since I've been counting my cycles have been
2 x 27
1 x 28
1 x 29
1 x 32
1 x 37
not in that order but last cycle was 37 days long!! So when would I truly be late???

Still got a bit of thrush, spots, tummy feels gurgly, feel a bit sicky, vivid dreams, mood swings all positive signs
negatively have slightly achy knees which I get before af, although other joints also achy which I don't normally have Confused

so when and if to test that is the question :)

i could'nt resist and did a test this morning, which was completely pointless as i'm 10/11 dpo so i'm now going to think that there is a possibility its too early! what are we like!!

1sttimetryer · 31/07/2011 17:21

Evening everyone. Wine laden friends have just left.

Sorry you got BFNs :(

going your cycles sound just like mine (I was due a scan for dodgy ovaries next week due to ill-balanced FSH/LH). Anyway, I tested on day 30, but used a First Response super-sensitive stick (£2 off in Superdrug :) ).

I don't know if it helps, but my symptoms were actually filling my A cup bras (yeehah!) Grin, twinges in stomach (rather than cramps), crabby (according to DP Hmm), sleepy and a bit light headed at times. But the last 3 happen normally so weren't necessarily indicative of being preggers.

1tt how did your alcohol avoidance go? I failed miserably to hide it from my (fortunately very close) friends but they were great and swore to secrecy.

mrsS fingers crossed for you

1sttimetryer · 31/07/2011 18:27

It went really badly plink ! drunk too much really, but didnt get drunk.I think eventually i will get AF just dont know why i have all these symptoms Hmm

goingmadtrying · 31/07/2011 18:42

Thank you all, really peed off but am thinking used cbd which aren't that sensitive afternoon pee and not yet officially late. On the plus side cbd are on offer in asda £8 for 2, will use the other one mid week first am urine if no af :)

sorry mrss it's not over yet and we will get a bfp soon :(

plink hope you had a lovely night, loving the overspilling cleavage Grin

1sttimer you will now get your bfp as sods law??

OP posts:
1sttimetryer · 31/07/2011 20:09

Hi going , yea i thought that could happen, be a little bit naughty, then get BFP and regret drinking soo much!! Also booked a really expensive holiday for September(so obviously wont be able to drink if i got BFP) but maybe im just being a bit hopeful and AF will arrive, this long wait is sooo horrible!
Really hope you find out either way soon going i feel your pain.
Oooo yes mrss i know what you mean my overspilling cleavage, im quite liking it!! :)

goingmadtrying · 01/08/2011 07:18

Morning ladies :)

how much does our bodies like to f**k with us? Last night and today my boobs feel huge and have started feeling a bit like they do when you've had a baby and your milk is starting to come in, not hard yet but just full!!! Iyswim

haven't tested today going to wait and see what happens, I know that clearblue digitals not considered sensitive but tested early with them with each other pregnancy! I do think I'm at the point of giving up totally though as genuinally think I'm not going to have another, I can't keep putting myself through the last few days wait for my af, I'm quite good in the bit in between but get to cd25ish and it all gets a bit full on, what with trying not to symptom spot and thinking about peeing on f**ng sticks!

Sorry for the me post and rant can't really say this in rl

I hope we get a bfp soon :(

goingmadtrying · 01/08/2011 16:56

Hi buggerlugs, im trying! honest! did you have any cramping, boobs growing etc etc when you had your long cycle? the only reason im getting like this is because for the last week i have been having a lot strange things happening like the cramping and sore and swollen boobs, which i have never had before Confused
