Let's make some May babies

The end of July is drawing near; SWI with DP hasn't been as frequent as hoped; and I've decided to err on the side of caution.

So. Here's a thread for anyone else hoping to make a beautiful May 2012 baby.

I am 27 and TTC #1. Been on pill for an age so unsure of cycles. Only been trying for a couple of weeks - the more I type the more I note my wild optimism!!

Anyone else who knows more about this business than I do? Please come and give me some hope that a May baby might be at all possible :)

Still AF free, and still not on the 'list' :( "Nobody loves me..." (repeat ad nauseaum)

Still having cramps, still no sign of AF, and at the risk of TMI still lots of creamy CM...which ain't usual cos it's usually like the Kalahari round about now! So I'm utterly, utterly confused (which is fairly normal also, to be fair) :o

Just done my latest OPK - definitely getting darker so gonna get some SWI in tonight and then give DH a rest tomorrow by which point I'm hoping for a positive on the OPKs

Does anyone know if they go really dark for a positive??

I'm except the same. On and off sore BB's....check online. On and off craps...check online. 1,2,3,4 days DPO...guess what.....checking online! Day five DPO tomorrow and I'm sure checking online!

Oh and every day I get excited about moving up the list to my AF due date! It's only month one for us so I'm sure the novelty will soon wear off!

Not sure how I feel about month one testing...nervous, excited, geared up for disappointment!

Ow! Shooting pains in left breast...I seem to have blue veins - but I can't remember if they were there before damn it! And I seem to have lots of little white lumps appearing on my areolae. Still no AF, but she feels like she's coming...I keep telling myself she's coming so I won't be disappointed when she does.

desperate nearly posted about my veiny boobs earlier!! I was very excited, although DH claims they are like that from time to time . So, so, so many symptoms! At least you are late now, so that's good. I've got a day to go yet.

I had veiny boobs he other month, thought it was a sign but not.
Af due wed, dont really have any signs that af on way, normally get bad pmt, very painful boobs, greasy hair. But nothing. No preg symptoms either I hope I am not going to be late

Still no AF. And POAS this morning but twas a BFN. :(

This carry on is fecking torture. I don't want to go insane with the waiting and the am I, aren't I malarky. I wasn't like this the last two times so i'm not sure why I'm like it now!

So sorry to hear that desperate will keep everything crossed for next month (I also apologise for not adding you back onto the list yesterday, please accept this chocolate as an olive branch - i really was having a bad day!!)

I am due to "O" in the next 1-5 days, but this morning I am very crampy although I am not due AF until 10th(ish) of September; my body is playing tricks on me or could it be IBS (i do suffer when I get a little stressed, and this TTC malarkey is definitely not helping!!)

I think we might need to start a June thread... My body is still showing no signs of doing ...erm... anything really. POAS this morning just to check and BFN. Time to buy some ov sticks to check that there are actually some eggs in the system I think! Fingers crossed that mr pill hasn't f*cked up my cycles too much :(

I tested again and BFN. I expect AF, I just hope it comes as due in the morning so I don't have a few extra day to wait. When I had DS, I really knew. This time I feel like I've been trying to convince myself.

I was really interested in the sexual positions bit. (Oooo, Kinky) Seriously, I have a tilted womb, and when I fell pg with DS it had been a (TMI ALERT) more adventurous evening in the Kinky household with a bit of doggy style. And it worked. So now I have a plan for next month .

loulou I hope it settles down soon for you. I used to get injections, but stopped when I read some articles claiming it can zap your fertility completely. It's pretty scary given they peddle it on teenage girls in some areas to try and reduce teen pregnancy rates .

I'm still really crampy and massivley bloated now too,i just feel like AF is going to come early,if i'm not pg then af will have her visit the week i'm on holiday,which is a pain!
I'm going to test this fri before i go which will be cd27(9dpo),probably too early but then at least i will have an idea if af is going to show up or not

Desperate :( so sorry it wasn't your month. Really hope you get lucky very soon.
GTR I didn't get anywhere with ov sticks this month, the only time I got any sort of line it was nowhere near as dark as the test line.
Everyone else in limbo, I hope the signs whether real or imagined :) turn out to be positive for you all!
I'm on day23 and resisting the urge to test; I know it's too soon, I've got no symptoms but I have got a pile of them. Hmm.. maybe first thing tomorrow, just to check :)

Puzzle do you know if you O'd this month, despite the faint test line? My lines do seem to be getting darker, but I have read that these ov sticks are not all that accurate!!

I don't know if I did or not as I haven't been charting or anything, time will tell... Also this is my 2nd cycle after miscarriage so it may be a little out anyway. But in the past I have always been very regular and have got pregnant easily so I think it's most likely that I have ovulated and the tests didn't show it.
I think Catsy said in another thread that she never got a positive with the ov sticks when she used them in the past, but got pregnant that cycle anyway so must have ovulated. So I think they are quite unreliable!!!

Still no AF. Day 29 out of 27. Haven't POAnotherS yet. As someone said upthread, it's more crushing to poas and see a BFN than it is to find out AF has arrived. I need to think happy thoughts while I wait!
