Let's make some May babies

The end of July is drawing near; SWI with DP hasn't been as frequent as hoped; and I've decided to err on the side of caution.

So. Here's a thread for anyone else hoping to make a beautiful May 2012 baby.

I am 27 and TTC #1. Been on pill for an age so unsure of cycles. Only been trying for a couple of weeks - the more I type the more I note my wild optimism!!

Anyone else who knows more about this business than I do? Please come and give me some hope that a May baby might be at all possible :)

Notnowimreading...I've no faint line but I'm hanging onto clean pants!! HCG PT's never worked for my mum so you never know, I could be the same.

Also thinking (as over analysing everything)...copper only coil removed first day of last period....this then made AF one day late. Is the removal perhaps making my womb lining lighter and therefor now AF later??? Answers on a postcard!!!

DBL checked and loads of people have stories of the coil (even just the plain old copper one) upsetting their system so all I can do is to sit back and wait for it to start.

Well, I decided to test one last time this morning, using the expensive digital test - the idea was that if this one said 'not pregnant' or took too long to appear I would give up for the month. I used a stopwatch and 'pregnant' came up in one minute 8 seconds and the line on the stick inside was as blue as blue can be!

After the mc last time, I feel a bit as if we've lost our innocence and can't quite be as simply happy about this as we want to be. You've seen how uptight I've been about conception...now the real fun begins! My husband says I should keep my legs crossed to keep the baby in...

Notnowimreading this is fabulous news. Was it the first time you mc? I did in April (got preg with the copper coil fitted). I know it's easy to think of all the if's and but's but try to enjoy it. It must be unique...

Still a no AF, no line, no nothing for me. Cycle 3 days overrun now. Welcome suggestions from anyone to bring period on....tried sex! Nothing still

Morning all, everyone very quiet this weekend. I did a test last night ..... Faintest line ever. A 'is the light playing tricks on me' type of line. Hubby could see it too and it's still there this morning. Compared it to other old ones and you can def see a line, it's still there now. So, I could hardly sleep and at 5am tested again big fat zero nothing! What is going on with my body I wonder! still, 4 days late today so I'm still hanging in there until I see red!

Tibby, that's great. I think most people can't post on this thread any more because it's nearly full so there's another one with the same title except it says ' let's make some (late) may babies' - you should get yourself over there. It sounds as if you have some good news and everyone will be really pleased for you.
