Well I fell off another bus and rather than wait around for the next one I thought I would get another going myself. So have stocked it up with cake, - for the first 2 weeks and - for the 2ww'ers :)

Hoping it will be a lucky bus for lots of us - and I might have a birthday baby :)

Oh well looks like this month isn't going to be the one for me, AF arrived this morning . Feel a bit gutted but on the bright side my fertile days next month seem to fall whilst on holiday in France. So can look forward to SWI in the sunshine.

Fingers crossed to the rest of you on the running, will be willing some more BFP's

Had a fab and relaxing day today - took 70 kids to 'The Mix' music festival and danced most of the day away with them, all had a ball and it was so lovely I didn't think about ttc once! Can't remember the last time I had a day like that.

However, back to earth and thinking about taking a test tomorrow am - 3/4 days till af due so prob a bit early but I have a load of amazon cheapies burning a hole in their packets!!

i am now 5dpo, not obsessing (much) but have nausea, back ache, cramps in lower abdomen and thighs, tingly boobs and peeing urgency. of course this could be happening every month and ive not noticed it before as ive not been ttc.

come and speak sense to me please or the next 12 days are going to be unbearable

Hi stuff I am 7dpo over here and have the same cramps and tingly/sore boob issue. Hoping it's not just my mind. They've been here since 4 or 5 dpo and don't normally arrive until 9/10 dpo so fingers crossed.

Sorry if this is TMI, but went to the loo yesterday and had a spot of blood. A really really small spot and it was only the one time, it hasn't happened again. I sometimes get this a few days before my period but on a heavier scale...

could it be implantation flipping ?

Well first positive OPK here today, and on CD27 so I guess my long cycles are "normal" for me now....

Here's a funny thing though, according to one of those due date calculators that work out EDD by date of ovulation, presuming ovulation actually happens today my EDD would be 15th March which is the same as my EDD was for my DS! ... although he didn't actually put in an appearance until 16 days after that (and then only after someone lifted him out!)

I guess people will just assume that DH and I choose June as our month for baby-making for some reason - perhaps shows a lack of imagination on our part

Poppyjen - if I am pregnant this month then we will have two close togther (by two weeks). That's kinda normal for me though as my brother's birthday is the day before mine! Dairy farms would pay for my parent's timing!

On a similar note, DS has gone to LLandudno with school today and I managed to con encourage DH to go along as a parent helper. He just texted me to say I didn't warn him about how noisy the coach was going to be. He he evil emoticon

I am keeping fx for you pomme, flipping and stuffthenonsense. I think if we get a few BFPs, it is going to make me feel more optimistic about getting my own BFP in the next few months. Is encouraging all round.

Well I need to do some more packing today. Have done quite well over the past couple of days so am feeling quite organised. Should I be more stressed considering we move a week tomorrow?!

Advantage - am too busy and preoccupied to obsess about cycle days etc.
Disadvantage - am too tired to sexually harass DH

Still no further spotting here :o getting excited now as I figured it was a bad sign. I've spend a bit (all morning) on the internet at work looking it up, it was red, and they say it will prob be brownish but fingers crossed anyway!

Hi skjifox, welcome to the bus, have added you onto the stats with the info you gave.

I got a BFN this morning, don't really think I am pg though so not a massive disappointment and is early, esp as ff says I didn't ov until CD17 instead of my usual 14 so only 8 dpo - will get my fix of POAS for the next couple of days and keep my fingers crossed for a last minute implantation!

Hey ladies, Just an update on my week, which has been one of the scaryest weeks of my life. Some of you saw my posts on Sunday where I couldn't stop crying, well this carried on until Tuesday, alongside real feelings of numbness, depression and like I was going to faint. My family realised that this was probably a reaction to 18 months of prolonged stress at work, and have helped me go to my GP, and have a discussion at work about reducing pressure on me. I still feel really detached and strange but on the mend. Please people, don't underestimate what long term stress can do - I never ever thought that anything like this would happen to me, as I'm normally so 'sorted'.

In light of this, I think it will be a small miracle if a baby stuck this month (although luckily I OVed and SWI before the minor breakdown), but on the lighter side of the week, it has made the 1st week of the 2WW fly by....

AF due next Thurs, but will be v tempted to test Tues as it's our wedding anniversary and I have all kinds of idiotic romantic notions of a DC anniversary present!

Good luck to all testing soon - sounds hopeful Flipping, those on the 2WW - keep sane.

Mrscog, so sorry to hear about your week.
The same thing happened to me 2 years ago
My 'condition' improved as soon as I found out I was pregnant. We made a decision that day that I would quit workand be a SAHM mum.
Used natal hypnotherapy. Now usually pretty chilled.
It can all work out for the best.

So sorry to hear about your week Mrs Cog. I have been through similar recently, 2 years of stress built up to me being a complete mess for a few months until I and others realised I wasn't coping and things needed to change.

It really helped me to go to gp and say I wasn't coping, just saying I needed help and her listening to me made me feel so much better. Talking to people has worked wonders for me (I usually bottle things up and spend more time helping other people than telling them my problems.) Has brought me and my DH closer and I am getting better and being more positive about things.

After a few days of light cramping, AF has made a slightly early appearance this evening. Not really too disappinted, especially compared to last month when I'd really convinced myself that we'd done it. DP & I definitely deserved an A* for effort this month though

Think I'm going to try to see my gp on Monday as I've had 7 cycles now with no luck since I came off the pill last November. I'd meant to go last month but never quite got round to it. Fingers crossed all's well and it's only a matter of time before a lovely BFP
