Phew! For a minute then I thought you had given your offer to the people selling the house!! Just how I read your post!! Surely the agent should hive the vendor your offer asap - not after the other people look at the house.

Yeh but they wont let us cos they've accepted someone else's offer and once they've done that they won't tell us the offer for us to try and beat. We could go up to £85k but you know.

mums - couldn't you go direct to the seller and ask them if they would accept that muhc, surely they want as much money as possible for it. thats what my mom and dad did with their house, they asked the seller if they'd accept it, it happens all the time, if you really want it them its worth trying.

well thats no fun, if i was the seller and someone wanted to offer me more i'd take it, thats daft. well if you don't get it then its not the house you're meant to have MW, your dream house is waiting somewhere and you will get it.

glitter, shiny paper and cotton wool balls out all over my table, sticking and decorating lovely looking santas for xmas. Trying to conserve some energy now, as my afternoon sickness is hitting me now and will last until bedtime all good signs though.
