Trix1 · 13/11/2005 09:42

Good morning - No luck for me this month. AF arrived yesterday on day 28. You lot have been so busy chatting there is so much to read through - not got time now. Strike did you test and luck with you?

Any one else testing?

Trix1 · 13/11/2005 09:45

Sorry strike - just seen your post BFN for you to. Good luck with the acupunture.

Do you think the best way to know if you ov is by doing your temp each day? upto now I have been to lazy to do this but I am going to start. I have appt with specialist on Wed - its been 11 months since last m/c what are they likely to do first?

Coathanger · 13/11/2005 11:06

Trix - for you too hun. Next month, eh? Keep at it!

Maddyd - Well, what can I say next time we talk to you you'll be MRS Maddyd!! I hope you get this before you go, coz I want to wish you MASSIVE amounts of love and luck and babydust too! And in return we'll do our best to have good news for you too

Good luck hun, I'll be thinking of you and hope you have a fantastic time. Lots of love to you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

i wonder if anyone can help me? after my m/c i bled quite heavy up until friday then tailed off and stopped but today i have like a period bleed (sorry if tmi) so do i count this as cd1 or not?? had a really bad night last night when dp said he didnt know if we were to carry on cos he cant stnd seeing me in this pain all the time but managed to talk him into giving it till xmas (it involved a lot of crying ) sorry if this is a long post but havent really got anyone else to talk too

Coathanger · 13/11/2005 21:38

God Carly, that wasn't long hun! I know exactly how you felt when your DH said he didn't want to keep trying. My DH doesn't want to try again
But I'm sure you will be PG by Xmas Keep positive!

Was it this Friday that your MC bled seemed to tail off? If it was I would say this bled is a continuation of the MC bled rather than an AF. My MC bled seemed to stop then start again TBH. I would wait til this stops and you get a proper AF before you start counting your CDs. You should ideally leave TTCing again til you have had 1 AF, so I would wait til you come on again after this all dies down.

Sorry if this hasn't been any help, hun. I would rather you waited til everything was all healty again before you try again, to give that babby the best conditions to grow in.

Love to you Carly xxx

Love to you all. Hope you have all had a good weekend xxx

OP posts:
carly82 · 13/11/2005 21:44

CH to be honest i think im clutching at straws cos if i have to wait till my next af (possibly another month) it will be to late my dp is being a bit of an arse i just feel so alone right now but i dont want to give up. I agree that i dont want to hurt anymore but giving us until xmas is no time at all Me and my mum just fell out and i have no one to talk to about this

HumphreysCorner · 13/11/2005 23:07

Oh carly82-at times like this you need your mum-is there no way you can make up. I can't survive without talking or seeing my mum at least every other day.

Like Coathanger says-I do think you will get a proper AF in a few weeks and then you can count CD1.

Perhaps DH will come round-it must be sad for him seeing you like this hun.

Sending you lots and lots of hugs.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Love to everyone else and good luck to the bride to be!

xxx

Diddle · 14/11/2005 07:55

Carly82 - I wouldn't count the bleed you started over the weekend as AF, i would wait until your body has recovered and you have another proper one.

My DH has often commented that we shouldn't try again, because it is such an emotional rollercoaster to go through. But he once i started feeling better and got back to normal then he realised that we really wanted a child and that it was worth trying again. You might find that your DH/DP may change his mind. and xmas is so close you hardly have a chance to conceive before them, although he may not understand that. BY giving yourself such a close deadline you are putting more pressure on your body. I would talk to him about it and explain to him that really this is not s decision for now, you both need to recover from the m/c and then decide what to do. I weouldn't accept his lets try until xmas idea.
I hope that you don't mind me getting in touch and that you're doing ok. you know where we are if you need any support.

Coathanger · 14/11/2005 08:15

Carly, hunni, don't feel alone I know exactly how you feel about your DPs reluctance to TTC again. My DH doesn't want us to TTC at all. Now on top of that he has been diagnosed with a varicocele which will reduce his fertility. Anyway, I do know how you feel. Giving you til Xmas isn't long enough at all. Perhaps give your DP some time and space and he might come round. He is after all thinking of you and your well being. My DH is being selfish - he doesn't want us to TTC because he just doesn't want another baby - full stop. It has nothing to do with seeing me go through heartache again

Hunni, don't feel you are alone in all of this. You have us here and I am CATable so you can always shout if you need to talk. xxxxxx

HellKat · 14/11/2005 08:52

Morning lovelies!
Carly- {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} we're all here for you to chat to and as Ch said, we're CATable too! Personally I'd give yourself a couple of months to come to terms with everything (menatlly and physically). You've been through hell and need "Carly" time for a bit hun. But if you feel that getting pg straight away will help, well then go for it hun. Whatever makes you feel better.
Ch- morning hunny!
Hiya everyone!

Coathanger · 14/11/2005 09:02

Howdie HK!!

Nice to see you on here

OP posts:
mumswish · 14/11/2005 09:06

right goodmorning ladies.... Sorry but havent had time to read through it all, I got the idea of it.

Sorry to trix and strike for the BFN's

Carly - Dont worry too much, if you stress you won't get pg, just let your dh see you calm and he'll realise that this is what you want.

I'm soooo excited. I put an offer in for a house on Saturday. We've offered £75K for a house that was put as £75950 so hopefully should get it. THere was nothing wrong with the house apart from it needs a new shower and some decorating duer to it looking like the 1980's LOL.

Hope everyone is ok.
What you all upto today?

Coathanger · 14/11/2005 09:30

Morning Mumswish! When will you know if your offer has been accepted?

OP posts:
mumswish · 14/11/2005 09:34

Don't Know. I'm guessing the end of the week.

There was 2 other couples looking at the house which is why we did ours straight away. The estate agents normally contact anyone who has looked at a house within a week to see whats happening so I'm guessing that the people selling the house are going to wait to see what they offer before saying yes or no. But I dont know.

Coathanger · 14/11/2005 09:34

Who did you give the offer to?

OP posts:
Coathanger · 14/11/2005 09:35

I'm assuming you saw the estate agent to put in the offer????

OP posts:
mumswish · 14/11/2005 09:50

CH - We rang our offer through to the estate agents, as they're not by us (we're moving abit, only about 10 miles)

Coathanger · 14/11/2005 09:57

Phew! For a minute then I thought you had given your offer to the people selling the house!! Just how I read your post!! Surely the agent should hive the vendor your offer asap - not after the other people look at the house.
