coathanger - just read your message - sorry to hear about your situation fingers crossed that it happens this month.

Might be late on this but Maddyd, I thought I had 'implantation' pains on Monday, told DH we might have made a baby this month, then got AF yesterday - so pains 2 days before for me - but then it's looking like my body is up the creek at the mo...

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 11:55

Thanks Mojo. I remember you from the ante-natal thread don't I ???

maddyd · 27/10/2005 11:59

Sorry about your af mojo, looks like your stck with me this month again.

Ch i never got symtoms with my last two full pregnacies and not with the first mc either, But with the last one i was sicky from a week past ov and had lots of belly pains. Every pg is different so its best not too compare. I think im only more aware of verything now as im so obessed and read anything i can on ttcing.

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 12:02

I have had no symptoms before I knew I was PG before. All my boys were surprises! Didn't know I was PG with any of them til AF didn't turn up! So, I don't know why I am expecting them!! Just reading into things and the fact that I have never expected to be PG

maddyd · 27/10/2005 12:04

Well i know my af is definatley round the corner as i have just pigged out ona fishfinger sandwich and chips and i normally have soup or a pitta. Was cooking for ds and the urge to eat what he was having was just too strong

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 12:08

HEHE!! I'm like that everyday so that isn't a good signal that AF is coming to me!!

Your time will come Maddyd, and you knw it will. Keep positive, hun. I know its easier said than done, look at me, the eternal pessimist, but it is good advice.

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 12:15

Well, I had better haul my fet lazy arse out of my chair now and actually do something. Haven't got any motivation, but I better show willing. Dh will be up soon and he won't be best pleased to see DS3 still in his PJs!!

Be back later and hopefully I will be a little less miserable .... XXXX

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 12:16

BTW when I wrote "FET lazy arse" I wasn't implying that it should be said in a South African accent, just my cr@p typing!!

maddyd · 27/10/2005 12:18

Both or times will Coathanger. We just have to bd a little bit harder.

Cant you just tell your Dh that today you are ultra organised and DS3 is already washed and ready for bed. He may fall for it!!!!!

And heres a little something to make you all giglle!! click here for giggles

maddyd · 27/10/2005 12:40

Im not saying men are stupid far from it, well maybe just a little bit. I mean how many times is my Dp gonna fall for the ' oh that old thing ive had it ages' or 'it was half price in the sale honey'. What they dont know or dont find out wont hurt them. There like kids really.

Cool ebay song

Right im off shopping, im sure there is sales on somehere.

OP posts:
Coathanger · 27/10/2005 12:47

I've been known to cross out prices on labels and write a sale price next to it, a la shop sales!! CHEEKY!! hehe!! Good luck bargain shooping, Maddyd! XX

mumswish · 27/10/2005 13:06

well, I'm back from lunch, but I'm still starving. DF got up in the night to make himself a sandwich and used the last of the bread and butter (didnt think to tell me this morning) ARGH!! men are so useless sometimes!

HumphreysCorner · 27/10/2005 13:09

Afternoon ladies

Nusery rang at 11-10am to say DD had fallen off a bike so had to rush and pick her up. She has a massive bump-she seems alright so will just keep my eye on her.

Ebay song brilliant!-I arrived home from nursery earlier to find the poor postman trying to deliver yet another Ebay parcel!

I went off coffee when expecting DD and have not touched it since-yuk!

Off to see my friend's baby boy-he must be 2 months old by now.

Back later.

xxx

HumphreysCorner · 27/10/2005 13:18

Coathanger-what an ace E-Mail-lol! ((xx))

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 13:19

HC- awww, poor DD. Just when she is settling at nursery, this happens, typical! I hope she is okay, I really do XX Give her a kiss better form me won't you.

Mumswish - my DH always uses the last of something then puts the empty box or carton back in the cupboard/fridge!! ARRGGHH!! So annoying!

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 13:20

HC - do you mean the halloween one?? Will see if I can put it on here somehow...not sure how though....

mumswish · 27/10/2005 13:21

HC - Poor DD, I hope shes ok. bumps on the head are never fun.

CH - Never had him put empty cartons back yet, just doesnt tell me when we're out of stuff.

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 13:22

Hmmm, don't think I can do it without putting it on Members profiles, and I don't want to do that coz I might offend some people

HumphreysCorner · 27/10/2005 13:26

No-it was the Kate Moss one. Best not show that one.

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 13:29

OH yeah, forgot about that one!! hehe!! Really funny!! Laughed at the one a lot!!

wannabump2006 · 27/10/2005 14:28

Afternoon ladies!
Went to go into work this afternoon and my best friends car wasn't there, shes the dept manager of the nursery i work at,i paniced,(got abit of an anxiety prob at the mo),and just drove home, tried to ring her mob three times and left messages, but had no reply?
Do you think i'm silly for coming home?...i'm going in here on ther on my own terms at the mo,but start back for def on tues.My best friends just been there for me all through pregnancy and everything afterwards, and we both work in the same room,i just paniced when i saw she wasn't there and i sped off
I think i'm loosing the plot!
C.H:I'm so so sorry for what your going through,i hope your doing ok,theres not alot i can say really,we've all been through so much, but i like to think we all are here for one another.....Never say never though...my sister and hubbie tried and tried for their first for over 8 years!!!They were told hubbie had a near non-exsistant sperm count and that getting preggers was near impossible,so we all resigned ourselves to that and they obviously stopped focussing on ttc,2 months later she was preg...she now has 4 children!!!.x
Fingers, toes and EVERYTHING crossed for you.x

mumswish · 27/10/2005 14:32

WannaBump - I dont think you are at all silly (as long as you didnt drive dangeriously ) It will of course take time to go back to work and if the things you're relying on arent there, its even harder. I quit work after my mc cos I couldnt face the same place. (that was silly) I hope everything goes ok for you. You know you will get there so just take your time.
