Meant to say if you email me your home address hun, I'll send you some of those heat pads. I'll be picking up more this week.
They are amazing !!!!! Take about 4 mins to heat up, stay put with the sticky stuff and stay warm for around 8 hrs or more. Good thing is they don't too hot so if any little one's got a strain or something, they'd be perfect. I'm going to grab loads incase they don't get anymore in .

Bloody comp reset itself this morning so will have to d/load msn again .
I'll do it as soon as dinners done!

Its my neck that aches mainly, and I was thinking maybe the massage made me relax so much after being so tense, that my muscles ache because they are doing something they haven't done for a while, if that makes sense...

sorry haven't been on today, my mom has moved from wales which was 1hr 40 mins away to 15 mins down the road, this weekend so we've been to help them move some stuff, its lovely to have her so close.
