am trying to eat healthly and get abit fit so that i'm at my best when we start ttc!!!.x.x.x

Diddle · 17/10/2005 17:33

Diddle · 17/10/2005 17:39

OP posts:
slinkstah · 17/10/2005 17:48

aw nooo about the bfns, i have missed the weekends ramblings, have been in bed at the same time as the kids.

i still don't feel pg, i am starting to worry, that maybe the tests are wrong or it is not viable etc etc.

Diddle · 17/10/2005 17:50

don't panic slink, how many weeks are you?

OP posts:
slinkstah · 17/10/2005 17:54

about 4 weeks coming up to 5 i guess. last af was 16th sep

wannabump2006 · 17/10/2005 18:08

I'm really not sure!!i think its going to go one way or another....in that i'll either find it really theraputic and be pleased that i went back,or i'll start off ok and then won't be able to carry on!
I'm really scared!theres alittle baby there thats the same age as what rhys would be now, that will be abit weird
Its sounds crazy though doesn't it.....a girl whos lost a stillborn and had a miscarriage all within 6 months goes back to her job as a nursery nurse looking after other peoples babies!!!(sounds bizarre in writing!).x
How are you doing diddle, feeling ok?.x

Diddle · 17/10/2005 18:17

slinkstah - i wouldn't worry about not having any symptoms yet i had no idea at 4 wks that i was pg, no signs at all, now they have hit me.

shelley - I know it will be tough for you, it was hard for me going back to childminding, but it is so rewarding, it will be worth it.
Feeling pretty roguh actually shelley, but wouldn't have it any other way. m/s is overpowering, but i don't have time to stop and think about it.

I bet your overjoyed that your being sick!!!,aaahh, its lovely to hear that things are going as they should.x.x.xYeah it will be hard, but i'm hoping i'll be ok and really enjoy going back to work,i need abit of routine in my day,and its only tues-thurs,so not too bad.xI think the more i focus on work and looking after myself, the more likely i'll be to put ttc to the back of my mind, and just let it happen naturally!(fingers crossed)
Slink-you'll be ok hunny...(you'll be wishing you'd never said anything in a couple of weeks!)thats if you get any symtoms atall!?..some people are luck enough not to get anything!.x

wannabump2006 · 17/10/2005 18:36

Diddle · 18/10/2005 07:59

morning ladies how are we all today?

OP posts:
Coathanger · 18/10/2005 08:10

Morning!

Mumswish - I hope you get yourself sorted out today at the doctors.

How is everyone today?

mumswish · 18/10/2005 08:44

Morning everyone.

Well I had the joy of peeing in a cup this morning, gotta take it to docs at lunchtime.

My groin is great, if that makes sense. I got in last night and had a really hot bath for about 1.5 hrs LOL. When I got out I felt really refreshed and happy. I've had no problems with it since. Its so strange.

Today, We've got to have all the windows open cos the painters are in so I'm frozen. Got really sore boobs and heartburn but apart from that I'm actually feeling great!

How is everyone else today?

babybloos · 18/10/2005 09:25

Hi everyone, i have no idea what has been happening since i looked on thurs?

I have had a bfp yesterday. i have to say though that any advice would be helpful as i have had some weird tummy pains and although they have gone now (may have been wind ) did anyone else ever have these whether in successful pg or mc? I have one dd and had one mc and i can't really detach myself to remember if i felt like this b4?

I am so nervous and feel sick all the time but dh keeps saying that it is a good sign that i am feeling sick. although i remember with mc that twins had stopped growing at 6wks and i still tested positive at 8wks and still had pg symptoms so I am not very optimistic. I haven't had any bleeding though so may be overreacting, fingers crossed.

Main question after all rambling is anyone had hot tummy pains around 4wks?

thank you thank you

mumswish · 18/10/2005 09:29

CONGRATULATIONS Babybloos.

I cant help with your question but I just wanted to say congratulations, I'm so happy for you!

babybloos · 18/10/2005 09:33

thank you very much mumswish, it is good to know someone is around. what is happening with you at the docs? no probs i hope?

is work any better?

wannabump2006 · 18/10/2005 09:34

Aaaah,babybloos...many many congrats!!(i won't go on too much cos i know how nerve racking the first couple of weeks can be.x.x.x
I had those pains you have said about and i was abit paniced about it so went to the docs and he reassured me that it was prob an inplantation pain,a scan a couple of weeks later confirmed that. The pregnancy wasn't successful(only lasted till 5 weeks)but i was told you'd get them either way sometimes,so try not to wori about it too much.x(easier said than done i know!)
Just take good care of yourself.x.x.x.x.x.

mumswish · 18/10/2005 09:40

babybloos - going to docs cos I've got pains in my belly and havent had an af for 3 weeks (since coming off the pill) but apart from that I'm fine. Thanks for asking.

wannabump2006 · 18/10/2005 09:41

I'm sorry if that message is abit harsh,i really didn't mean it to be.x
I think when you've been through a loss previously and you get preg again, especially when like all of us we monitor it and find out at the earliest stages, its hard not to look for things, every slight ache or pain, and we start to panic!.x

mygirllolipop · 18/10/2005 09:42

babybloos · 18/10/2005 09:47

hi, not harsh at all.....i feel the same about having been through it b4. it is great to know that it may be normal. i think i am going to wait for another 2 wks, be 6wks and spk to midwife as she is brilliant. hopefully i will get that far!!! i feel so different now i have had mc, its a scary few months.....
