I have the Air Hockey and Ping pong tables on order.
I thought it being the first day of term we should move in and make ourselves at home.

urd we owe it all to the box set of Simpsons DVDs !!! We managed 4 lie-ins Wink.

LadyBee · 06/10/2010 15:47

Hi hippychick I remember you, sorry that this cycle didn't work out after the caravan effort, you would think if there was any justice it would have been a successful one just for the sheer creative effort (and it would have been a great 'you were conceived...' story). Oh well.

Umm, just popping on to say to the lovely ms caribou, hope it goes well...I think you're having a scan today?

CaribouMoo · 06/10/2010 17:14

Hi Bee, yes it was today and everything actually looks alright. I totally lost my bottle last few days, convinced myself all symptoms had gone so was in a right state earlier. They did they silent treatment while scanning so i prepared myself for the worst but then they turned the screen round and I saw a lovely little bean with beating heart. Measuring in at 7 weeks 5/6 days, which is fine as I am 8 weeks exactly as far as I can guess. So PHEW for now, further scan 2 weeks from now.

Hippy i remember you from ye olde days (I was Moofold back then). Good to hear from you again and impressed at your caravan antics!

Waves to all the gang x

owlshoes · 06/10/2010 17:31

Moo ! That is wonderful news :) :) :)

hippychick66 · 06/10/2010 18:04

Hi yes I remember you two as well. Congrats on the scan moo. I hate that bloody silent bit at the begining. I am begining to wonder if I'll ever get to that bit where they turn the screen round and smile at you again.

The last few times I've been there it's been pants!!

But am very pleased for you moo. Hope the little one continues to grow and keeps making you smile Grin.

clareanna · 06/10/2010 18:59

just popping in to say YAYYYY!!! for CMOO

and sending hippy a big wave!

digitalgirl · 06/10/2010 20:01

Hooray moof!!! fab news!!

Did the obligatory cbd today and got 2-3 weeks on the conception indicator. Yay. However all reassuring cramping and twinges have since disappeared. Boo...each day is a rollercoaster (as Ronan sort of said).

[waves at hippy]

randomimposter · 06/10/2010 20:17

Digi I think you mean "Life is a rollercoaster"

randomimposter · 06/10/2010 20:18

barrenbrook · 06/10/2010 20:53

Yey for moo, am so very pleased Grin

Yey for digi too! Sounds good love.

'ello urd and upduffybuffy how you both doing? Muchos gracias for the congrats, pray for a real life one for me this time round pretty please! Grin

hippy helloooooo! How are you? I'm well impressed with the caravan loving. Did you put a sign on the door saying 'don't come a knockin when the caravan's a rockin?' Grin

I'm not friends with CB digis at the moment, I did one this morning and it's still showing me as 1-2 so had a slight wibble. Thanks to Jollipops, Moo, PV, 8's and Viv (awh, fanks girls Smile ) I've regained most of my sanity and will hold off doing another until the weekend. Fecking hospital haven't called me back either, mo-fo's!

Eesh, the dog's just dropped his guts in my face. Delightful

urd · 06/10/2010 20:55

Thats great news MOO, you can relax tonight now.

youremindmeofthebabe · 06/10/2010 21:02

Yey moo Go bean! Glad it went well.

Well done on the SWI in caravan hippy, I agree, it is very impressive.

Thats very good news for you too digi, the 2-3 weeks indicator, am so pleased for you all!

Hi jollster, hows you? I am enjoying the Oyster Bay tonight and thinking of you!

I am thinking what cheap gifts I can make for people this year as an add-on. any ideas? I lack the necessary creativity..

Hi to everyone Smile

LadyBee · 06/10/2010 21:47

Oh great news caribou, and that dating is definitely close enough to put any 'bit small' worries out of your mind too, great result all round.

digi I did have to smile at your "reassuring cramping", odd how it can go from terrifying to reassuring depending on whether you want it there or don't.

Can I just say I think I have fallen in love with vignotte cheese? Vignotte, chablis and a crisp pear...it does not get any better. And I know how poncetastic that sounds but I don't care. GrinGrinGrin

AlbaDeTamble · 06/10/2010 22:25

just popping in to say a big YAY for Moof's scan news Grin

Barrenbrook those digital tests are the devil's work I remember being warned off them but still wanting to keep on using them, just to see all was well but they're really not reliable (you've probably just been told all this on FB anyway... will shut up my waffling -- suffice to say, you're pregnant, it's all going to be good this time Smile)

Jolls, I'm sure I heard something on the radio this morning about it being ok again for pregnant women to have the occasional glass of wine -- and DH has just stocked up on OBSB (Tesco had a too good to refuse offer on apparently....), so I shall be trying a tiny bit and will be toasting you with each of my teeny tiny glasses of the stuff!

Hello Hippy, disappointed the caravan shenanigans didn't pay off this month, had high hopes for a holiday baby for you... good to hear you sounding upbeat about it though, here's to next month

barren please try not to do those bloody devil sticks. i have vowed that if I get another BFP I will NOT buy them.

They are too vague and, as you've been told I'm sure, MW and docs hate them.

I know you've had MC's (sorry not sure but think it was two)and so you are obviously looking for re-assurance whereever you can find it, but those sticks will not necessarily give you the re-assurance you crave.

My heart goes out to you, it is sooo hard isn't it. Last time I got a BFP i just wanted to bury my head in the strawberry patch. Try to stay calm, lovie (I know i know, easier said than done.)

Thanks for all the waves - Hippy snuggles in and feels very cosy Grin.

owlshoes · 07/10/2010 17:16

I'm with Hippy - those things are evil! Hairy seemed to have a good plan with getting the blood tests done, nobody can argue with those. I am wondering if doctors do them if you ask or whether it's only if there is a medical neccesity.

barrenbrook · 07/10/2010 18:23

Hola, am here with crappy news am afraid. Woke up to a little pinky cm which has since progressed into a full on bleed. Bollocks is all I can say. That's 4 mc now, none of which that have progressed further than 6 weeks, and apparently there's nothing wrong! That's proper shitty luck. Hmm

AlbaDeTamble · 07/10/2010 18:52

Oh no barrenbrook that really is rotten luck, I'm so, so sorry Sad

digitalgirl · 07/10/2010 19:05

Sad so sorry barrenbrook. That really is rubbish.

youremindmeofthebabe · 07/10/2010 19:15

So sorry BB. Really feel for you. Hugs.

LadyBee · 07/10/2010 21:08

BBrook, I'm so sorry. Sad How awful. So unbelievably f&*ked up.
