Hiya,

I put August as its a little late for July!

I'm TTC number 4(!)

Due to test on the 15th August but don't think we have much chance this month as its only our first and DH has been ill for a few days and now I've got the bug, so not much romance happening!

So just wonderded if anyone is just starting TTC and wanted to join me?

well, i tested this morning on a test from wilko, and got a very very faint BFP. (so faint i needed a second opinion, but no one else was in apart from ddGrin so didnt ask her!) so when i dropped dd off i went to boots and got a first response (bogof!) and that was a much stronger BFP!!!!Shock Shock so got no idea when i got pg, if last sat i was not pregnant, then this friday i am?

Badgerwife · 26/11/2010 12:24

lizandlulu, that's brilliant! Sometimes it's better not to ask questions. Maybe it's just that the hormones took a while to do their thing Confused

lizandlulu · 26/11/2010 12:52

thank you badgerwife does this mean i have got to wait till a scan to find out how far gone i am? as you can probably tell, i am the type of person who needs to know now Grin

GruffaloMama · 26/11/2010 14:39

Liz FANTASTIC news! So pleased for you!

The ClearBlue digi ones will tell you roughly when you conceived (you can add a fortnight on to it to then start to work out how preg you are). If you're really unsure of dates your midwife will prob arrange an earlier dating scan so that they can make sure than any screening tests are done at the right time. I think they can only really scan from about 8 weeks, though, so you might still have a bit of time to wait.

So chuffed!!!

lizandlulu · 26/11/2010 17:10

no i have fallen out with clearblue digital, it was that which told me i wasnt pregnant last week!

i had to take dd to the docs this aft, so made an appointment for the doctor to confirm it for wednesday. 5 years ago, they wouldnt do that, when i thought i was pg with dd they said 'oh we dont do that any more, home tests are so reliable, we trust their results'

obviousley changed their mndsGrin

KLou111 · 26/11/2010 19:18

Congratulations Liz see, you were preggars!!! That's 2 of you, just need mine to be BFP on Tuesday, and MadKatz to get th=ers and we're a full set!!

KLou111 · 26/11/2010 19:41

God, just ready this back, meant to put, that's 3 of you, and Madkatz to get hers lol

GruffaloMama · 26/11/2010 20:45

Sorry Liz forgot about your last digi experience. My doctors still don't want to see you to confirm (too lazy???) - I just had to register at the surgery for the midwife. I've got my booking in appointment for 7 December. I'm hoping she'll refer me for an early scan because of the bleed last week - but if she won't I might think about a private scan.

Klou keeping my fingers crossed for you for Tuesday!

lizandlulu · 26/11/2010 21:26

ohh klou that would be so brill wouldnt it! we could all compare pregnancy symptoms and compalin about our morning sicknessGrin

RugbyWidow7 · 26/11/2010 21:52

Huge congrats Liz! And good luck for Tues Klou! Fingers crossed for you.

There's a serious amount of SWI going on in our house this week, before DH starts his new job on Monday. I'm imagining symptoms already, but surely they take a while to kick in...

KLou111 · 26/11/2010 21:53
