Hiya,

I put August as its a little late for July!

I'm TTC number 4(!)

Due to test on the 15th August but don't think we have much chance this month as its only our first and DH has been ill for a few days and now I've got the bug, so not much romance happening!

So just wonderded if anyone is just starting TTC and wanted to join me?

Hi all

Bit of a question for you. Had a bit of cramping last night and also had a metallic taste in my mouth for most of the day. Is this a 'sign'?? :)

Am not sure if I OV on 21st or 24th (strong cramping on right side on 21st but FF said 24th). Am approx 6-9 DPO. Not sure??

2ww is driving me crazy as looking into everything!!

KLou Sounds like embedding cramping ....good luck. I know what you mean about looking into everything in the 2ww, I was the same last month.

Finally had a cycle with fairly level temps and a rise this morning which I am taking as OV being over.

So now the wait.

well fingers crossed for you for this time. my temps are still all over the place, but i am not sure i am doing it right. because dh goes to work fairly early, my sleep is often broken and i doze, not fully asleep for maybe a couple of hours before my alarm goes off at 7.15 when i take my temp. this might be affecting the temperature do you think?

Was very naughty and did a test, BFN (slapped wrists for me). Not surprising.

Got that metallic taste again today, tastes different from the other day but still metallic.
AF due 8th November so prob test at weekend. Here's hoping :)

Been the longest month of my life so far!!

Madkatz - I think I Ov on Saturday so guess we'll be testing at about the same time. Have cut right back on caffeine and booze (not a big drinker normally honest ) Really hopeful this month...

Trying to cut back on the caffeine and drink more fruit teas. Booze isnt really a problem for me as I rarely drink anyway.

Would be nice if it happened this month although as DH was away for a couple of days not sure we've done enough.

Been to the loo about an hour ago and wiped and had pinky reddy blood.
Due AF 8 Nov. Am 9-12 DPO. Could it possibly be implantation spotting?

Will have to wait if gets heavier I suppose, but got a very very slight butterfly sensation in my belly too.

No other symptoms at mo, but had the metallic-in-mouth thing 3 times in the last week.

When should I test if the blood goes?

Anyone else had this?

Sounds like implantation spotting. I would wait and see if it gets worse and how long for. I would still wait a couple of days to test, its a bit early.

Ooo Klou fingers crossed for you. Sounds like the right sort of timing for implantation spotting. Would prob do what madkatz says and ditto the waiting thing to test (though v easy to say when it's not you waiting to test!).

Well, got a bit heavier and red this morning, then brown this aft.
It has no odour though like period blood (sorry TMI!) so bit unsure what it is.

Have convinced myself just AF, but I will still test when AF was due just in case :)

I tested Friday, BFN so had a 29 day cycle. At least not as long to wait for next try :)

Still cramping, really bad this morning. Everything crossed for a BFP this time.

Sorry about your BFN KLou. Like you say though not long to try again.

Am trying for about the millionth time to cut down on the caffeine

This talk about cramping pain has made me rethink the stabbing pain I get occasionaly on the right side.

When do we get embedding symptoms, how many days post ov? Is it Ok to be pain not cramp?

Any views welcome. Am at home with sick child so the nausea may well be sympathy symptoms for her!

Hi eaglewings - I think implantation is normally about a week post-ov. But it could also be an actual ovulation pain you're getting? Hope the nausea is something exciting!

Klou sorry about BFN. Big hugs. Madkatz sounds good - but I'm off for a cup of tea. Can't cope without two per day.

I'm waiting to test. No real 'symptoms' so less hopeful than before. Reckon I am due AF on Sat so will be trying to avoid testing until then.

eaglewings I started feeling a dull ache in my right side about 3 days before FF said I was supposed to be ovulating, but that was when I thought my cycle was 35 days. Since changing it to 28 (I thought it was 29, but was 28), I actually had the cramps 1 day and 3 days after I ovulated!!

So confusing all this lark. Hopefully now I'll have proper cycle lengths and know where I am.

Thinking of getting some OV test stick things and grapefruit juice :)

AF is due on the 13th so just waiting to see now. Am determined not to test until after then.

Well, I did another one this morning(Just In Case) and BFN, so am onto my next month of trying now.

Supposed to be fertile this weekend coming if 28 days again, so we'll have to see :)

looking in my diary, i got my days mixed up and am due af today, well actually could be any time, today is 28 days cycle, which is what last months was, but has been 30 days so its hard to pin point. i feel bloated (could be too much food in new york?) and got an ache in the lower left side (could be too much walking in new york?) also really knackered (could be losing a night sleep when flying back?) and seeing as how taking my temperature went out the window while i was there, i have nothing to go on really!
