Ref: MNP1 - I collected your parcel a few days ago, but haven't been able to get online. Thank you so, so much, the gifts are wonderful and the voucher very much appreciated. I was having such a bad day on Fri and was seeing the gp (ds1 has an ear infection which doesn't want to go) when the postman came. When I collected the parcel I just couldn't believe my eyes, actually I came over all teary in the post office. I know my dcs will love the things you picked out.

Ref: MNP3 - I was shocked today when I opened the door to the parcel man, the box was huge. Thank you. We have no little people stuff and I discovered today my dcs all love it. For the first time ever all 5 dcs (5.10yrs - 8mths) sat down and played happily together. This hour of peace after dt2 had spent the day screaming was beyond description. Thank you also for my chocs. I've hidden them in the cupboard and trying to resist scoffing them before dh gets back on xmas eve night.

I think the driver was a bit surprised by the name when he collected the parcel, he checked it several times!

Am so glad the voucher was OK, I looked on the internet to see what supermarkets there are where you live and as that seemed to be the main one thought I would take a chance that it would be where you would do your shopping. I was supposed to send it with the presents but being 9 wks pregnant and feeling utterly awful was a bit slow in sorting myself out!

The PJ's are lovely - absolutely lovely. They have been worn already a number of times. I particularly love the Snoopy pair for DD1 - they fit perfectly - DD2 loves the Bambi pair too. I love using my mug and the biscuits...well, they were gorgeous! I've even started buying my tea-bags from M&S because the tea bags in the basket you sent made such a lovely cuppa! I am astounded at your generosity...the package came as such a surprise and the contents were incredible. Thank you so much. Hope you and your family also have a lovely Christmas. xx

I get my mum to send us the M&S teabags to Switzerland. They are delicious.

Lindt - I don't usually shop in M&S but I made a special trip in there the other day and bought a box of 240 tea bags..their Fairtrade extra-strong ones - the same as in the wicker basket you sent - because they make such a lovely cup of tea!

Madre - thank you! The box of goodies was soooo lovely! My DH was stood next to me when I opened it last night and was astounded at the contents! All the bits and bobs are on the kitchen table atm - DD1 has a friend over today and I'm sure they'll be busy making bracelets or doing the sewing kit whilst DD2 will be busy with the bubbles!

Ref: 1804 - I got ten pounds in a card and the kids got a £5 book token each. You put that it wasn't much but it was fab! I'm deeply touched that someone could be so kind!

And again, another thanks to the person who sent me a £10 Tesco voucher and WHSmith voucher. We'll take our vouchers to WHSmith after Christmas and the kids can buy something new to make up for the fact that my mother hasn't bought them anything.

I used the Tesco voucher to buy food to treat ourselves with on Christmas Day.
