Thanks so much to @Sideorderofchips for keeping things going. I can barely believe it's September and (for me at least!) that only means one thing - Christmas can start!!!!

Hope you've all had a great year and have missed you all. Last couple of years I've had various health things going on so have been a bit distant from the threads. Not quite there yet but feeling stronger than this time last year and I can't wait until I see more festive items in the shops! I've already bought my advent calendar - I've got the taskmaster one (which I'm quite excited about!).

I'll post various links etc in the next thread first post but essentailly you guys know the drill - share and be nice or leave.

The Brown Build a Bear you make yourself is back down to £7 on Amazon.
it’s lovely - the size is about 15cm but you add the stuffing and the heart. We did it with our little star before she started school and all kissed the heart before we put it in and told her if she was sad or scared or cross to hug it and our love would come out to her. Seems to have worked well - but it’s just a lovely thing to do.

Just a heads up to any of us that had the freebies from Levi’s last year , if you stayed subscribed to their emails ( of which there have been a lot!) , today’s one had a survey which doesn’t take too long and rewards you with £5 credit in 20 days time . I’m pretty sure we all had birthdays towards the end of the year to get free credit last year , so my plan is to hold out for a birthday credit too and hopefully get a free present again .

Can't recall who it was who posted the Goodwin Smith sheepskin slipper bargains but mine have just arrived (I got the chocolate brown) and they are gorgeous. I took a chance on ordering the GroundForce boots too (only £4.99) as they only had a size 4 and I'm a 4.5 but figured at that price it was worth a punt.
They fit perfectly, so I have new winter boots and sheepskin slippers for less than a tenner!

You have to buy from the selected products on the website. I bought some Keihls skincare items for the DCs for Christmas. It added the GWP automatically to my basket.

Just a quick word of warning to anybody buying gift cards off a rack inside eg a super market or next etc,
Locally we’ve been having trouble with the cards being used as thieves have copied the codes from the back of the cards and chanced that they are now loaded
