Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

My Flower & White meringue bars arrived this morning. We've tried the mint ones and they're lovely. Did notice that almost all the bars have torn packaging though which is a shame.

@Walker12, where is the ikea advent? I've got the app but can't see anything on there.

My personalised soccer04 order arrived, ordered mid November.

There were a few board games in tk maxx including some of the classics mentioned on here a lot. Can't list them all but herd mentality same as Aldi at £15.

Torn packaging exposing the bars themselves @PissedOffNeighbour22? If so, that’s a H&S issue and I’d be complaining/sending back.

Or is it just the outer packaging?

Just wondering as I had been contemplating a small order just to try, but I would have no truck with a company who sent out food items that had been exposed to the elements, so to speak.

@IlovePond yes on the bars themselves as they are paper packets. Some are worse than others (mainly the mint ones - there is a note when purchasing that the mint packets may vary so wonder if they are aware of a problem already).
I do wonder how fresh they will be - will have a better look at the packaging when I get home but yes the product is exposed.
