SIL gift. Which would you prefer?

Looking for some advice for buying my SIL a gift. She is very nice but also quite difficult to get really close to so I'm afraid all gift ideas I have for her are quite generic. She goes to the gym a lot, she loves her cat, she likes plants I believe and has a sweet tooth. Bought her a jumper for the gym last year.

As generic gifts go, this is what I have so far in terms of ideas:

  1. A rituals gift set (posh shower gel, candle and body cream etc)
  2. A kittens/cat wall calendar and some posh chocolates
  3. Nice pyjamas

Are these all just a bit crap?
Which would you prefer? Any other ideas? Budget up to about £40

@GargoylesofBeelzebub I wouldn't want that as a gift at all, I've got my chosen drinks bottle. It would be on eBay by boxing day (chilli bottle with sports cap for gym) rcup for my bag

Another idea is a 2025 diary.

Only if you know she uses diaries. I only use my phone/computer and have no use for a diary.

Nicely, imo, less is more. I would rather have one decent thing for £40 (say cyberjammies or the handbag slim Clinique perfume) than Tesco jammies (I wear them but wouldn’t buy as a gift) a calendar and chocs.

There is a lovely shop online called patch, they do great plant gifts.

I'd love the smellies, for that budget you can get a gift set from Jo Malone, or sample perfumes etc.

The water bottles from Lululemon are great, they are about £35.

Also white company have 20% today and have lovely gift sets, if she gyms maybe shower gels? That she can use for her gym bag.

@Elf36 I think perfume & pjs are a personal choice item, unless you know her favourite perfume and size . Last time I was given PJ's as a gift I was primary school
