I hope you don't mind me starting this thread this year @beautifulsunflowers I absolutely loved this last year. I watched from afar and followed along doing one thing everyday to spread the cost, time, energy and Christmas cheer throughout November and December.

What is one thing you plan to do today to get organised?

I dropped off this thread a few weeks ago when what felt like the plague hit my house. Looks like we'll all be on antibiotics for Christmas, but thanks to you lovely posters we were mostly sorted in advance. Had the December menus planned, grocery deliveries ordered, Christmas sides practiced, house deep cleaned & decorated and the presents ordered.

Just need to pull the energy from somewhere to wrap them. 🎁 And make a last minute dash to the shops to pick up choccies for the neighbours - didn't realize we moved to a gifting estate!

Today I will be mostly sitting on my arse and ignoring the chaos. No small children here, so no magic to create!

So far today I have been to the shops and got the last 3 things we forgot. I've made a few simple desserts with DC for tomorrow and made the stuffing. I've dyed my grey roots and just about to dry it. Later we will have a roast dinner, so I'll cook the ham at the same time as cooking that. We're ready for santa, the only big think will be making up 5yos wooden shop. Thanks everyone for the company over the last few months.

Been to the market for our veg and cheese.

Veg & spuds prepared - I'm just about to make pigs in blankets.

My dad visited for a couple of hours to exchange gifts & dd1 fed him her home made mince pies 😋

Everything barring my gifts are wrapped - the girls are working on that together! It's taking a while and many trips downstairs.

All that's left is for me to chill with Christmas Chronicles for today shortly, with a glass of...something 🥂 cheers everyone!
