Oh thanks I was looking for bargain crocs. Another item off my list!

sunshineandrain82 · 08/09/2024 21:11

We hide ours in the loft.
I have 1 big storage box on wheels for each child. So they go in the correct box as well.

Getting them out of the loft is certainly interesting though as the box doesn't fit through with lid on. So generally don't store any electronics in it.

chickenmashandgravy · 08/09/2024 21:53

Did someone mention an adult stocking filler thread? If such a thing exists please share the link!

I keep my gifts in suitcases, seeing as they won’t be used now before Christmas.

I do this as well as hide my secret stash of chocolates in suitcases otherwise they'll be eaten by hollow legged dc.

just ordered the Clarins men’s advent calendar and it automatically added the Clarins showstopper for free. I also added a £10 hand cream which allowed me to choose a free gift worth up to £43.
ended up with the men’s advent calendar, showstopper, 30ml hand cream, super restorative gift set and 3 samples for £95 including delivery

LostCats · 09/09/2024 08:56

Got some fantastic deals so far off this thread (sketch kit and heated throw for my SIL) so following along for more!

ChristmasMad1 · 09/09/2024 09:06

Really desperate in need of a LEGO code? Anyone got one?

It's still expensive but if anyone is looking for Connetix this 20% off is about as low as it goes - I bought a couple of big sets last year and spent a lot of time tracking prices. It is played with at least once a week. We have cheaper sets too but these seem better for making huge structures that get in the way and trip me up.

Thanks for this. I just bought two of my regular items from Clarins (hand cream and fragrance). I only spent £62 but I got 10% off, three samples AND the showstopper worth £270. Bargain that.

Kracken · 09/09/2024 10:04

Thanks so much for this, just realised I have hardly any wrapping paper left but hate paying full price for it! All sorted now and got a few stocking fillers too to get free delivery! WH Smiths have an extra 10% off clearance as well.

What a bargain, thanks for that!

GermanBite · 09/09/2024 10:26

The Clarins deal is amazing, thanks so much for sharing it. I treated myself to a serum and day cream, got 10% off as a first order and got the showstopper, firming gift set and 3 free samples, all for £103.

Wow. This is amazing. I've also done the advent plus hand cream (except I got an advent for myself seeing as the M&S one is pants this year) Also got the free gift, showstopper and free samples added plus 10% off and free delivery.

Yeknom · 09/09/2024 10:57

Cor im such a sheep. Just spent £85 on Clarins Grin thank you! x

Oh no! What’s so bad about the MS one? It’s one of the things I most look forward to

hby9628 · 09/09/2024 11:07

Surely the clarins offer is an error. It says the show stopper should be £79 when you spend over a certain amount? Obviously I'm going to order this mega bargain. 🐑

hby9628 · 09/09/2024 11:08

Oh hang on...when I add my 10% code it takes off the free gift but still leaves the showstopper in

Oh no, I didn't notice that. Is this going to be the John Lewis glitch debacle all over again? 😳

It has six hair products in that I won't use (colour wow and Percy and Reed stuff that appears in every beauty box) Plus the usual two x nail polish that I rarely use. Also Dr Paw Paw stuff which is also in so many beauty boxes. I think I already have about four. There's nothing else that tickles my fancy, whereas past years there's been around half a dozen products that I either love or wanted to try.

Judging by the comments on the Style and Beauty board, I'm not alone. Oh and it's also gone up to £50. Hard no from me.

hby9628 · 09/09/2024 11:12

@GermanBite 🤷‍♀️. Heres a pick of what jr says I'm going for it anyway!

I could do with a treat

Christmas bargain prequel 4 - the most we have ever had!
GermanBite · 09/09/2024 11:14

@hby9628 I was too giddy about the deal and missed that. I wonder if they'll cancel the orders?

hby9628 · 09/09/2024 11:15

Hopefully it will go straight to the pickers and they won't even notice 🤞

Yeknom · 09/09/2024 11:22

@hby9628 gah! It's done that to me too! Was going to give my mum the free gift, will have to give her bits from the showstopper instead - IF it arrives Grin

HyggeTyggeDotCom · 09/09/2024 11:24

I’ve also just plumped for the clarins deal! Ordered two products (one for me, one a present) and got a feee gift, the showstopper and the samples. Keeping my fingers crossed they honour it
