Beauty Bay have released their advent - very teen/tween friendly brands (Sol de Janerio, Laneige, Bubble) not a bargain but it's apparently worth £345 for £100 and I got cash back with Quidco. I've ordered for DSD12 but might have a peek and split the items if more cost friendly.

fluffytail · 30/08/2024 14:00

If anyone has a national trust site/shop nearby, it's worth popping in to have a look at their sale stuff. The Corfe Castle one had lots of lovely bits 20% off. I picked up some lovely soaps and Lanka Kade figures for bargain prices.

Onemoret1me · 30/08/2024 15:27

3 for 2 on No7 at Boots with an additional 20% off some items, plus £10 off a £20 spend with the code NO7SV10. They all stack, I've just bought a foundation, a mascara and an eyebrow gel for £15. 11% cashback at Quidco today too but it may not payout using the code, worth a punt though.

Bargain thank you. I ordered a foundation, mascara and brow gel click and collect for £16.80.

The hot wheels t-Rex is down to £25.49 on Amazon, best price it’s been

Argh, missed it and it's back up now! That would have been perfect for DNephew so I'll keep an eye on it.

HelloItsMeAgainHello · 30/08/2024 17:20

@GameOfJones it's still showing as £25.49 for me?

Timetochangenow · 30/08/2024 17:27

@GameOfJones still £25.49 for me also, worth looking again.

GameOfJones · 30/08/2024 18:24

Do you mind linking it please? I can't find it at that price on Amazon at all but it's likely me being dim! 🤣

workworkwork123 · 30/08/2024 18:26

Not very Christmas like but can anyone recommend a bread maker please? Easy to use for arthritis hands, I think I would make a great gift for DM

Always Panasonic. Really simple to use.

Lakeland discounts always work on the ones they sell. We've not had any in ages though.

Panasonic always.

DressOrSkirt · 30/08/2024 18:44

I was also going to say Panasonic. I don't have arthritis but mine is really easy to use, I've had it over 5 years with no problems. My parents also have a Panasonic for probably 15+ years (they got it when I was a teen) and it's still working perfectly.

The deal has now ended and it's gone up to £31.48

Blessedbethefruitz · 30/08/2024 19:07

Does anyone ever get discounts for dunelm? There's a couple of beautiful lamps on there...Or if anyone has seen anything similar?

Ps - lots of kids bedroom bits on dunelm sale ;)

We weren’t keen on the candy kittens we tried last time they had a sale. We did like the advent tree thingy though and kept it to fill with sweets we actually like each year.
Does anyone have any recommendations for Lakeland? I feel a bit boring just buying cupcake cases.

I genuinely like them, also vegan if anyone can’t have dairy etc too.

@workworkwork123 not much but I have a 10% off £30 code for lakeland

WhyDoesItAlways · 30/08/2024 20:31

Another vote for panasonic bread maker. We got one with a seed tray so you can add nuts, seeds, chocolate chips etc to bread too. Comes with a great recipe book too. If I get any lakeland codes I'll drop them on here.

Sideorderofchips · 30/08/2024 20:33

Anyone seen any deals on Dr marten boots?

Middlechips is desperate for some. I'm desperate not to pay over £100 😂

How do you get discount as a uni employee rather than a student? I work at a uni and never found a way!

Ah because my work email ends in ac.uk- I just signed up to UNiDAYS, been on there for 8 years now and it’s never been questioned😂😂 I did have to put in a fake graduation year but they’ve never asked for anything since
