I need to get some printer paper for DD's HP Sprocket. Does anyone know a cheaper version than HPs that will work? I need 2x3 inch. Thanks in advance.

Colin Catapillar backpack filled with sweets was reduced from £12 to £4 in my local M&S.

I just popped to my local Lidl. They had Minecraft, Pokemon and Roblox activity books in the middle aisle for £1.99 each

Cos1970 · 29/08/2024 13:33

Went in to B&M today and they have loads of Christmas bits in. Got some treats and a couple of toys for the dog. Also got little Famous Grouse and Baileys sets which were packaged to look like Christmas trees and had a small bottle of alcohol plus some chocolates. Thought they’d make a couple of nice small gifts.

They also had these Squishmallows headphones for £16.

I read up on the Jam Donut ts and cs and decided on balance it was quite a faff for small rewards that take ages to accumulate. And then a bit of a faff to use.

If you aren't already on it and your phone network provider is supported then Airtime Rewards is absolutely worth doing - just link all cards (as in, everyone in the household!) then when you shop at their associated retailers the cash back just happens provided you spend at least £5 in a transaction. I love the fact I don't even have to think about it. Some retailer take longer than others to track but I think it's because of how much stuff people return these days. They also have challenges each month so you get a bonus if you spend X times.

Right now Aldi are on there although those ones take longer to track.

If anyone wants a starter bonus I've put my referral code on the referral board so we both get a little extra

workworkwork123 · 29/08/2024 14:24

Thanks for all the tips about jam doughnut, think I'll give it a miss!

I need to find a basket to make up a makeup/skin care gift set if anyone has seen any bargains

Maybe of no use immediately but the last few years these threads have had links to barganous Burts Bees sets from Amazon so worth keeping an eye out for

Lots of heavily discounted Top Trumps (various themes) in store at the Range today.

And in Tesco clearance a positivity journal set at 75% off.

SconeisGone · 29/08/2024 16:48

In Primark today and they have various fake oodies for around £15. I liked the look of this hello kitty one but there were lots of sizes and colours. They also had a bright yellow fluffy big bird onesie.

Going back to the hampers I love Thornton’s, especially the toffee and truffles but the shops have all shut. If any good offers come up I would be interested.

Thanks to whoever recommended the bargain max games. I got exploding minions, bears vs babies, back to the future board game and a couple of others for £21 delivered

Just checked this out, it's great!

Though drinking roulette being under kids games feels questionable....

MamaK19 · 29/08/2024 20:37

I have a Hobbycraft £5 off ‘birthday’ voucher code if anyone can make use of it? I signed up and then didn’t receive it in time for when I had to order something - it has to be used by 01/09/24 😃

ChristmasFanatic · 29/08/2024 21:20

Claire's currently have 5 for £5 on jewelry with some really substantial bits.

For example;
Sterling Silver Hello Kitty Melody earrings
Jewelry necklace and earrings set RRP £20

There's also 3 for £10 on a selection of items. I got a very nice lockable diary and a big makeup set.

I had a £5 voucher waiting in my Claire's Club wallet.

I also had 15% blue light discount (I've seen codes around for 10% off)

Great bargains ☺️
