I use DH gate...a lot. They aren't real ones but my teen is happy to wear them out which is my benchmark. I've bought 20+ shirts/kits from there over the years costing between £8 and £20 and had one we weren't happy with.

The trick is to check the reviews and buy from a seller that has lots of sales and a 98% or more rating.

My experience with Studio hasn't been great this time. I've been ordering with them for years but haven't ordered anything for maybe around a year or more.

I ordered about 14 items in the sale about 2 weeks ago. Everything came individually apart from 1 parcel that had about 5 things in it. So I've had about 6 different deliveries. I'm still waiting on 2 items. They haven't sent me any updates about those 2 items and it's been about a week since the last package arrived.

I did live chat yesterday and they were pretty useless. They just said oh the warehouse has lost them. Now I don't know how they were able to tell me that within 30 seconds. I said I wanted a refund and they said they would have to email the warehouse to tell them 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have a feeling I'm going to have a fight to get my money back now. I've heard stories of folk being promised refunds for weeks on end. It's only £16 I'm owed but not the point.

I don't think I'll be ordering from them again which is a shame as it's a company I've used for years.
