Christmas breakfast/brunch. What are you having?

Usually have smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, but fancy something different this year. What are you having?

Cinnamon swirls, bacon and tea / juice

Toast with strawberry and champagne jam for anyone who is still hungry !

Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and sourdough toast, followed by a liqueur coffee (no Buck’s Fizz as driving and don’t want to leave a half empty bottle as we’re staying overnight elsewhere).

Scrambled eggs, bacon and black pudding, sourdough toast, freshly squeezed orange juice (no Bucks Fizz as I can't face alcohol first thing in the morning - there'll be plenty later, though), tea and coffee. Normally I prefer smoked salmon with my eggs, but we're having that at lunchtime this year instead.

I planned on a nutella puff pastry tree thing but couldn't find pastry today so we will be having bacon butties. Usually we do cinnamon buns but I've said will do those for new years instead this year. Tempted to hit asda for a wafflemaker in the morning though....madness??

Normal brunch - eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, tomatoes, beans. Posh juice.

The breakfast of champions for me a cig and a brew! The kids will probably eat selection boxes. It's only once a year so it ll be reet.

When the kids were little we'd all have bacon butties. Now it's just the two of us, it's smoked salmon, avocado and poached egg on granary toast (with a glass of Prosecco)

Nutella Christmas tree and stocking chocolate. Plenty of Buck’s Fizz 🥰

This might put me but we have pork pie and pickles accompanied with prosecco/bucks fizz

croissants with butter and honey plus really good coffee

The following will be available
Brioche and croissant and homemade lychee & rose conserve
really nice fruit salad
fruit corner yoghurts

Black velvets (fizz and Guinness)
Some sort of pancake thing, might do some teriyaki prawns as it is just me and DH for the first time ever.
Then again I might do fried rice, as that is my fave brunch.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese or smashed avocado and lime bagels

My usual breakfast of lots of strong fresh coffee. No food required.
I've no idea what DH will be making himself.
