Have you got your tree up yet?

It seems like half of my Facebook newsfeed have already got their tree up. I don't remember it ever starting this early when I was a kid!

God no. 15th Dec to 28th.

No because I like to keep mine up into early January and I'd be sick of it.

No. Way too early for me. I like it up until January as well.

Need to wait until DS is home from uni early next month as it’s a three person job to get it all down from the loft.

Putting mine up this weekend

I’ll likely sort it weekend 16/17 December but might wait until DD back from Uni on the 20th

Just bought mine as they had them in stock in Lidl! Currently in water in the porch but will decorate on Saturday.
To those saying real ones will be dead by Christmas- I've always had a real one up about this time of year, make sure they are always stood in water and they last ages!

Ours is going up this weekend. I usually do it the first weekend in December but from this weekend onwards we're full on scheduled out with commitments/activities, and I'd rather go early than late.

I'm fed up, sick of the the dark and so putting mine up tonight.

I've seen a few up already and it's really cheered me up so ours is hopefully going up this weekend

I'm quite happy to spend about 10% of the year on Christmas. But it don't start until advent.

If we put it up this early the kids would think we have lost the plot!

They love it but hey they still have 4 weeks of school left.

Ours is up! Normally wouldn't be but I'm due our first child next week and we didn't think we'd want to be putting it up with a newborn 😅

Edit to say its also not a real tree so no issues there!

Yeah we do. The kids were sick with a stomach bug and were totally miserable so we wanted to cheer them up, and we knew a fair few others thay had theirs up already
