@pasinphoebe i would definitely email them , but also contact your bank/ credit card provider to see if you can get a refund , as long as you had cancelled in advance of the date you needed to . If you have proof eg a screenshot even better as you can show your bank if needed. Quite a few banking apps you can click on the transaction and dispute it from there .

@PinkPanther27 it is a little bit- it basically cuts the crusts off. I often use the cutter part for my children's sandwiches as it is close to the crust edge.

@Viveeepip I got DD similar to these from Goldsmiths.

I put Tesco Club card points towards them ( which you can only use in store) but be warned about two things. Firstly they don't have the cheap things on display so you have to ask for them. Secondly, you can only use one lot of vouchers at a time.
