I said on the other sock thread , that if the socks are good I would buy from them again , as their response to all this has been fantastic.

It is good of them. I would think they would take the loss out of the marketing budget, as they will have attracted new customers and made a good impression. I don't think the glitch made it's way too bargain finding sites, so I imagine it's not a huge amount of orders they've received. Either way the quality of their socks are really good so I would order again.

Yes, I’ve had the WS email and so has dh. No word on when they will be dispatched though. They’ve also sent me another code for 15% off. I will probably place an order before Christmas with them if all goes well.

And to be fair, it's worked. I will definitely be buying from them again!
Think about how many times things get cancelled and it's just a "ooppps, our bad, but tough". This is taking responsibility and going the extra mile!
It's the first time I've brought things from WA but if this is the level I can expect, I know where all my socks are coming from going forward lol.
