Smashed Grapes updates?

Hi
I ordered the taster pack before Christmas and was one of the people who had the order cancelled.
They sent a £30 e gift voucher but that has been disabled.
I have emailed them and had no reply. I have asked if they are not going to honour the gift voucher just to have my postage refunded and still not a word. I know they are probably closed for Christmas now so just wondering if anyone else has been able to use the gift voucher? Had it cancelled? Heard back from them or has just given up trying?

I think I put non-delivery for the case of wine and no refund for the tasting kit which was cancelled but no refund given, only a useless voucher (or I might have put non-delivery for both). There is space to give details so I explained that I had emailed but had no reply. I had to escalate after a while as Smashed Grapes did not reply to the contact through PayPal.

@LemonAndLimeTree thanks I've started the claim and added extra info including about generic emails from smashed grapes saying it will be sorted in December 2022🤔

I’ve heard back from smashed grapes!!! They’ve asked me if I want a refund/replacement/credit.
They have apologised profusely and said they are working through tracing lost deliveries etc
I had a link in an email to fill out a simple form for missing items.

I contacted my bank today and they refunded me instantly. Never got a a reply to any of my emails from smashed grapes.

Just got an email from them advertising their wine&cheese kit for Valentines.

The cheek of them!

Finally got my refund via PayPal. Thanks to PPs who said I needed to go via the website to escalate it to PayPal!
