Hi
I ordered the taster pack before Christmas and was one of the people who had the order cancelled.
They sent a £30 e gift voucher but that has been disabled.
I have emailed them and had no reply. I have asked if they are not going to honour the gift voucher just to have my postage refunded and still not a word. I know they are probably closed for Christmas now so just wondering if anyone else has been able to use the gift voucher? Had it cancelled? Heard back from them or has just given up trying?

I placed two orders; one I paid with PayPal and one with debit card. I got refunded for the PayPal one quickly but still not refunded for the debit card one despite emailing twice. I’m not sure what I can do now, it’s only £3.99 but still would like it back!

Bloodsy hell, we've reached the Wednesday they said they'd be fulfilling orders and the £30 vouchers are still deactivated. That doesn't bode well.

(as an aside, the 12 bottle of wine we ordered were very good, but only at the discounted price)

I've just noticed that the date isn't even correct on their website, says it's open to order from Wednesday 12th jan. A very unprofessional bunch, three things including a case of wine have never arrived. PayPal are refunding me the case it seems but not the tasting set yet.

I think from reading the Facebook comments I won't even try to order using the voucher and save myself the postage which is now apparently £6. So many people saying they ordered in November (cases of wine and other big orders over £80, not just the free tasting boxes), never received their order, parcelforce tracking saying they never even received the parcel from the company, many emails sent and no responses or refunds. I find it hard to believe that they couldn't have replied to everyone in 2 whole months since this whole fiasco started!

I’ve just requested my refund from PayPal and they’ve agreed to send it. The voucher sounds like it’s too much trouble tbh

I got a refund on one box back when they first cancelled them, but left the other. Have just tried to get a refund on the second one and annoyingly PayPal have said I should try to resolve with the seller - would love to if they'd actually respond to messages!

Did you list all of the times you'd tried to contact them? I think that's why I succeeded.

I just came on to see if anyone else had seen the email! Honestly I can't see the voucher codes ever working and I think I'm just going to unsubscribe from emails - what a shambles!

I’ve had the swill ‘n’ chill email today which reminded me about the voucher I’d received before Christmas. The voucher is disabled so is there any point trying to get a response from them?

I’ve just emailed them saying it’s great they’re doing this, now would they kindly send me my tastebox that they refuse to refund for if they have so many in stock.
I also commended them on their tagline ‘all wine, no bullshit’ and said unfortunately in my case they seemed to have got that the wrong way round 😁

Honestly, the audacity of that email! Does anyone know how you escalate a PayPal case for PayPal to deal with instead? Can't see how to do it on the app.

I think you have to go onto the PayPal website @SpamIAm

They really are fuckers. I think they are trying to sell as many vouchers as they can before they declare bankruptcy. I can’t think of any other explanation of their current behaviour.

Ha ha, this last part made me laugh.

I seem to have done a bit better than others out of this- I originally ordered a tasting kit for just the postage using the spin the wheel- never arrived.
I then ordered a case of 6 bottles using a £20 off referral code & this did arrive.
then about 3 weeks later a second box arrived that I hadn’t ordered or paid for 🤷‍♀️
I emailed them about but never heard anything back 🤷‍♀️ So I ended up with 12 bottles

I did get the voucher for the missing tasting kit which I was planning to take a punt on, but as others have all said it’s disabled then I haven’t even tried tbh.
Given everyone else’s experiences I am prob better to not risk ordering anything else!!

I was happy to wait but I do feel annoyed that they’re advertising products that they still haven’t fulfilled for existing orders!
Plus they still have the money they took for postage!

I emailed them at the weekend after unsuccessfully trying to use the £30 voucher and got this,so they haven’t even bothered to update their automated reply!
