Free express delivery at Urban Outfitters today only with code 24HRSONLY. Doesn't seem to stack with other codes though.

I’m so gutted! My Star Wars Lego advent calendar for Ds was cancelled yesterday by The Entertainer. I managed to get it for £19 so a great price.

So some lovely mumsnetters helped me find one on iwoot, £24 and free delivery. I’ve just got an email saying they’ve cancelled it!!!!! 😠

I’m at home sick with 2 sick little ones and I can’t take the stress of this. Help me please someone?

Its out of stock where we are at Argos, out of stock on Very. Too expensive (£46) on Amazon. Has anyone seen it for a reasonable price please? I’m desperate! Thanks

Mancbee · 22/11/2022 10:54

Amazon have discounts on some of their physical gift cards in Black Friday deals

20% off New Look
15% off Odeon
and a few other restaurant/entertainment type ones.

FluffyFluffMonster · 22/11/2022 10:57

@LunaCrystal John Lewis stores have it in stock for £22.49 if you have one near you.

redjoker · 22/11/2022 11:09

@LunaCrystal This Gaming site has it too £26

LunaCrystal · 22/11/2022 11:10

Thank you everyone! I did see John Lewis but I’m sick and so are my two youngest so no chance I can get to a store atm

I’ve never shopped at Ocado. Is it very expensive?

I’ve just seen Asda have it for £30. I’ll have to pay for delivery also so such a pain. To get it at £19 and now have to pay £30+!!! He’d better love it 😂

LunaCrystal · 22/11/2022 11:11

@redjoker thank you! I may have to order 2 incase another gets cancelled again 😭

redjoker · 22/11/2022 11:12

@LunaCrystal No they have a basics range which actually works out roughly the same as tesco for me, just sign up and get the offer, they have a 'basics' tab, personally I did an order and just ordered my Xmas crackers and M&S gifts, no food at all!

FluffyFluffMonster · 22/11/2022 11:13

@LunaCrystal I think Asda do free click and collect

LunaCrystal · 22/11/2022 11:15

@FluffyFluffMonster They do but I’m sick and I don’t think I can get to a store until the weekend. With it selling out everywhere I want it sooner incase it’s cancelled for the third time

Thank you so much everyone Xx

redjoker · 22/11/2022 11:16

@LunaCrystal the gaming site is free delivery and has good trip advisor reviews so should be ok?

I’ve ordered it, thank you 😊

Letthesunshineonin · 22/11/2022 11:24

I need to buy Christmas crackers. Looking around the shops it’s the same old stuff in them whether they’re the cheapo plastic filled ones or the more expensive silver bottle opener/napkin ring etc.
I don’t want to make my own. I would like a little interesting thing in them that’s not the same as every other year. Has anyone found any that are a bit different to those of every other year?

crikeycrumbsblimey · 22/11/2022 11:29

Just seen the date on this! Argos code runs out today please use

Request for help from the South West

Every year we buy Bil/Sil @ family an activity type gift. I feel we have exhausted the usual buy a gift/Virgin chain type places so am hoping that someone will be able to recommend a local gem that I could source vouchers for?
Over the years they have enjoyed GoApe, frizbee golf, dry slope skiing and karting to give some idea. They live in Bristol but will happily travel at least an hour so have previously done Cardiff, Exeter and Reading. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂
