Are you entering the code from the pop up? I entered the referral code from the at first which didn't work. The pop up code is different. Took me 3 attempts to get the pop up code to come up on the homepage though!

For those having trouble with the codes, I had the same issue until I removed the personalisation from my items, code worked fine so assume it can't be applied to personalisation. Hope that helps!
