As far as I can tell (without starting an account which would stop me being able to use someone else’s referral) it’s one of those websites where all the loyalty stuff isn’t in the main account, but a separate menu that pops up from the bottom. If you can see a dark green thing at the bottom right that says “unlock exclusive rewards” then I think clicking on that opens the right menu. I think this thread is about to be full up so I’ve also put the question on thread 6.
