I have massive regret I didn’t order a Corgi oodie before they went out of stock. If anyone ordered one and doesn’t want it, I’d happily buy it from you if you can post to Leeds.

Koalas are upside down but I really wouldn't have noticed if i hadn't read this thread!

Starburst8 · 18/11/2022 13:27

I'm stalking the site but no hoodie blankets have been added since this morning.

The excuse they gave me as to why my order was cancelled was because the otter stock had the wrong label and was in fact the tie dye stock.

SugarCookieMonster · 18/11/2022 15:05

Picked up my Koala from the post office. Packaged in a black bag which had split and was held together with rubber bands. However, miraculously it’s fine.

No big smell to it. Although I do have upside down Koalas that DH didn’t notice until I pointed it out 🙃

I’m very confident it’s an Oodie, really happy with my bargain.

captainflash · 18/11/2022 18:00

Picked up my corgi from the post office today. Not packed in anything, not smelly and no noticeable oodie labels.

There is a label that’s been cut by the pocket. It’s white, with a tiny speck of black writing and it’s a blue inside. I think it’s an oodie. There’s some random black splodges by one of the the prints which would lead me to believe a second. It’s incredibly thick and fluffy.

It does have wash labels intact. Has anyone got a real one so I could compare the wash labels if they shared a snap?
thanks

InDreamland · 18/11/2022 21:21

I wore my orange with blue cats one today. Noticed that one of the top corners of the pocket isn't stitched very well so alongside the upside down print it's definitely a genuine Oodie second. It's so warm and cosy though. Wore it during a work meeting with my camera turned off. I love it. Now hoping the otter I ordered doesn't get cancelled and hope it's as good.

WhichWitchIsTheWitch · 19/11/2022 10:12

My “otter” one has just arrived except it’s a tie dye one. Gah.

That's not good.

I know that the latest order of otters weren't actually in stock and they would send tie dye unless you objected.

I requested refund. I keep looking on the site but theyve not added any on since Thursday.

Gumreduction · 19/11/2022 10:48

I have a sloth one and a pizza one

from the official oodie website

Brand new, in packaging (even the oodie external packaging!). And I have the oodie order confirmation email! Bought for my brother and wife… but both already have oodies 😞

PM if want to buy. £60 each

I’ve had nothing saying that. Wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it’s be another tie dye one (already have two bought deliberately!). Annoying.

Aah I received the email yesterday, so I asked for the refund.

Annoyingly though they've only refunded £13.99 and not the £4.79 postage.
So I've emailed them requesting the postage refund due to it being their mistake with mislabelling stock.

RitaSueAndBobTo · 19/11/2022 11:05

I probably wouldn't take @Gumreduction up on their offer as they're £54 to buy brand new from Oodie!

I just bit the bullet and bought one direct from Oodie as although I love a bargain, there's too many stories of these ones smelling or having faults and I'm just too fussy 😝

GroomedForSerfdom · 19/11/2022 11:15

Green dog arrived in oodie packaging.
Blue and orange cat is upside down but appears genuine. Lovely and snuggly. Don't think I'll be able to keep these for Christmas pressies they're too nice!

They’re £89 new!

Gumreduction · 19/11/2022 11:27

Oh sorry - so they are!

i paid full price 🙈

isthismylifenow · 19/11/2022 11:54

I'm in summer here now and was very tempted to buy some hooded blankets in the winter. I just found a place that is selling the Huggle fairly cheap. How are the Huggle compared to other brands? They are the plain colour ones.

I know the Oodie is the top of the top, but I don't see them easily available here.

Not sure whether to bag the cheap Huggles or to hang on to see if I find a better quality one....

I haven't actually seen any in person, only online so it's difficult to tell quality.

Starburst8 · 19/11/2022 13:14

The oodie site are doing bogof. But you can also get two for £94 or some are on offer for £54

Still too expensive for me though 😔

buckeejit · 20/11/2022 01:05

@TheresNoTelescreen I'd open it to check-you can fold it & ribbon & bag it again. Mine is shortecat the back so maybe a second for that reason but still good

TheresNoTelescreen · 20/11/2022 08:15

@buckeejit I think I will open it to check just in case, thank you.

carkerpatridge · 20/11/2022 16:37

isthismylifenow I have just received a Huggle and it seems absolutely fine, just not the same thickness, length or weight as an Oodie. I suppose it depends how warm you want to be! Oodies have a far superior feel but I can imagine that they could be a bit too warm for some people. The Huggle would take up less space in the washing machine and would dry more quickly which could be worth bearing in mind.

What colour is your huggle that arrived? Ive ordered a couple of plain to gift and hoped they might be oodie. My otter that was going to be a gift has also been cancelled but no sign of refund yet.

carkerpatridge · 20/11/2022 18:46

My Huggle was the blue tie dye. I ordered 2 items and didn't know which brands they would be, one turned out to be an Oodie (koalas) and one was a Huggle.

InDreamland · 24/11/2022 21:20

I ordered the blue otter on Thursday last week and heard nothing since. My orange cat was dispatched the day after it was ordered. I know a few of you had orders cancelled. Wondering if mine was but they didn't inform me, they've still taken payment though.

SuperLoudPoppingAction · 25/11/2022 08:14

One of the designs I ordered didn't come. I had to email them and they were polite and helpful once I did, and refunded me.

InDreamland · 25/11/2022 12:44

I emailed last night, they repsonded quickly early this morning with a picture of a delivery on the 16th November. I've had to point out I placed the order on the 17th November, so it's not possible for it to have been delivered the day before. Asked them to update me on the correct order.

Sallylovesdaisy · 30/11/2022 16:58

If anyone is after a tie dye hooded blanket just saw it on £5 stuff. Ooh maybe they're getting more in
