The 5pound stuff oodie

I have massive regret I didn’t order a Corgi oodie before they went out of stock. If anyone ordered one and doesn’t want it, I’d happily buy it from you if you can post to Leeds.

I ordered the otter one. It came vacuum wrapped in plastic and in an official bag. I haven't opened it fully as it's a gift but my daughter has a real Oodie that I bought direct and that arrived in exactly the same way so I'm fairly sure it's the real deal.

Oooh, yes, please do update. I hesitated buying it as the cats print looks upside down in the picture but figured for the price, and it being for me and I'll only be wearing it at home, it won't matter, as long as it keeps me warm....... so took the plunge (I'm such a sheep 🐑 following everyone on the bargains thread). Not sure I can wear it whilst on work virtual meetings though unless I turn the camera off 🤣 if this one is good, I'll keep an eye out for a plain dark colour one I can wear on work virtual meetings.

If the washing care labels are cut out, what wash cycle are you putting them on?

I ordered 2 otter and a dark grey and all came with oodies branding/ bag etc

I think someone in the bargain thread did this last time around and Oodie replied saying they do send overstock and seconds to other companies to sell on

Received an otter/cat today all in Oodie packaging with the grey bag. Took it out of the vacuum bag(which has Oodie text on it) and the ribbon and all looks good .....recipient will be very happy (no horrible smell either) 😀

I bought a dark blue one. It came in black plastic (bin bag) stuff. Tags had been cut off. I don’t have an Oodie to compare with but it is very thick and soft, looks good quality and I’m happy with it. I’m waiting for an avocado and the dark green dog one and I also ordered the mens Christmas pyjamas for ds3 16. I will report back when they arrive (hopefully when dh is out)!

My ds has a navy OODIE he got a couple of years ago, I got one off 5poundstuff, and they are absolutely identical.
.. I’m the world’s greatest cynic with stuff like this and copies, but I’d pretty much stale my mortgage on it being absolutely genuine

I've had a reply from customer services about the glue on my hoodie due to it being sealed into the plastic.
They were surprisingly quick to respond, very apologetic and happy to sort the issue.

I just wish my first order would bloody turn up. It will be a week tomorrow since it was dispatched 😣.

@PissedOffNeighbour22 check you haven't been refundes. My dispatch email says they are automatically generated and they will refund if can't send

My cat/otter Oodie arrived today in the grey Oodie bag with all Oodie labels intact. Lovely quality and no smell, if it's a fake then it's a very good one either way dd will be delighted. I for one, feel I got a very good buy for what I paid as well.

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads No refunds so far. I assumed it's because I ordered other stuff too (some books for my toddler and a dress up outfit).
The issue could be Royal Mail rather than 5poundstuff. They're very hit and miss here as there's only 5 houses and they find it too much effort to deliver more than a couple of times a week max.

@PissedOffNeighbour22 mine that arrived today was ordered on 8th and dispatched on 9th so think the issue is with Royal Mail. There were no deliveries around here Thursday, Friday or Saturday, I think what with strikes, illness and staff shortages RM appear to be struggling with increased Christmas deliveries.

I got the dark grey, cat and avocado ones. Two had all the tags and wrappings on, one had the tags cut off. I think they are genuine but "seconds"

My otter one had small hole in Sherpa. Dd noticed when wearing it. It was easy to fix.

The koala bear ones are back in stock. I've just ordered 1 was thinking of buying 2 but thought I would see how it was first. So this one is prob for me.

My charcoal grey hoodie arrived today.

It felt like an individual game of pass the parcel. Outer sealed grey posting bag from the web shop. Then a sealed plastic bag with “I’m warm, soft, playful, cuddly and super cosy” on it. Next a grey fabric drawstring bag. Finally a sealed clear plastic bag which mentions “Oodie” four times on a notice about vacuum sealing. Inside I can see grey fleece, with a cardboard “The Oodie” label attached to it and ribbon round it.

If it’s not a real Oodie someone is trying very hard to make it look like one.

Have had really good customer service regarding my damaged panda one so would be happy to shop with them again despite the issues. Wish the grey one i got had been a better one though. Luck of the drawer with them i guess.

I've just had a look at the koala one, so that should be a real oodie? Sorry for sounding stupid 🙈

I ordered 2 from the site around 6 weeks ago, they both have cut Primark labels in them. That said, they are very thick and warm and were clearly new and in perfect condition.

I'm happy enough for £12.99 but I had hoped for one of the big brands.
