Another one here that's not buying the 'filler' gifts.

I have 3 teens (15,17,19) I also have an older son and I'll give him cash, they will get 5 presents each, they all have:

Ugg Slippers
A hoodie
Nice perfume/aftershave
Girls have a stackers jewellery box.

For stockings I have:

Chocolate 🍫

No fillers here either. I find my teens want a specific ‘item’ and similar doesn’t cut it 😣

Teen girls- Gucci perfume (Bamboo currently on offer), Dior lipgloss, Molton Brown (hoping for a code), Fenty make up, Doc Martins.

For younger teen boys, the Bluetooth beanies went down well last year.

Also worth looking at the Urban Outfitters sale too.

@Londoncatshed re your Molton brown idea. Don't suppose you have a mcarthur Glenn outlet near you? My nearest (Cheshire oaks) has unbelievable discounts on all motion brown. Definitely worth a visit if you have one near by

For those with older teens - I picked up a car sticker today for ds’s stocking - in the range for £1.39. Only a silly thing but it’s funny and will make ds smile - will go with a car air freshener

Last year I did a baking hamper for our youngest Dd with a heap of Primark kitchen utensils and coloured icing, ikea cutters etc and a cookery book. She absolutely loved it, so I'm trying to think of something different I can make a hamper of if anyone has any ideas please. I had just picked up the bits piecemeal throughout the year and had completely underestimated how over the moon with it she'd be!

But, what I came on to say in fact, was that I also made a crisps hamper for Dd 16 which went down very well. Things like the more obscure flavours of Pringles as well as her favourites. Walkers Sensations and different Pop Chips etc that I'd picked up when on offer. I had a basket already so just tissue paper, cellophane and a bow needed.

Once they're teens presents become expensive but tiny don't they, so this made it look a bit more in line with her younger sister(who I'd actually spent much less on!)

@Haveyoubrushedyourteeth The baking hamper sounds fab! I saw lots of pretty baking stuff in Primark yesterday and they had cute Disney themed ones too.

Crikey those bottles are blooming expensive! I saw it and thought it'd be a perfect gift for my ds

My 17 year has asked for Doc Marten boots or air soft equipment. He also just would like as much chocolate as possible

My 14 year old daughter would like some Nike trainers and makeup.

Neither are too difficult to buy for luckily

both DD are tricky(ish) as they never really WANT one particular thing. so I am one of those thats buying the 'fillers', but I am making sure they are usable, as in, top ups of cosmetics /skin care they use, clothes/basics, the next book in the series they are reading, etc

No real hobbies!
Eldest likes make up/skincare
Youngest likes marvel, doesn’t read, and likes sweets 🤣

For youngest- perhaps a marvel t shirt/hoodie etc. and a box of retro sweets or a Japanese sweets box

for oldest- a couple of bits of makeup and skincare. Or maybe some new makeup brushes or a case or something. I hope this helps! X
