Also if anyone uses the Christmas Planner Pro app to keep track of your gifts, did you realise that you can assign a photo to the gift name? Because my dumb ass has been using this app for years & had no idea🤦🏼‍♀️ You just click on the picture of the present beside the gifts name, it allows you to take a photo without it saving to your camera roll so safe from prying eyes!

@Onlyahalfbottle , thank you for the tip about the M&S Father’s Day chocolate. There were plenty on the shelves in my local M&S today, but probably only because their shelf labels haven’t been changed this week.

If you can bear the drink puns those boxes of chocolates are reduced from £9 to £1, with other chocolate at £1 and chocolate lollies reduced from £1:50 to 20p. There were also packs of two cocktails (possibly one whisky- and one rum-based) but I didn’t ask their price.

Dd got one when we were out in London last week, I think they are between £5-£6 each.

I've checked Uber eats & the pack of 5 cups is £25ish then delivery on top. Delivery cost for me was quoted at £3.50

@NightOwl101 for horses check out Schleich & also This Esme mech. My 11yo is absolutely obsessed with horses and those are my go to for her. The Esme year book is usually pretty good. Think it's preorder around sept time.

Any ideas for a male TA (Reception) for a thank you gift please? I've got the female teacher and TA sorted but currently only got a reusable coffee cup for the male TA and wasn't sure if just adding chocolate was a cop out. Thanks!

How about a Costa or Starbucks voucher to go inside?

@PinkDaydreams for the women I have: reusable coffee cup from Rex London, Joules bath fizzers and 2 of the boxed candles from Debenhams (I got 2 packs of 3, so will split and give one of each scent) or a simple but elegant gold solitaire necklace from NOTHS, with the same bath fizzers/candles. I will also get DS to draw pictures and write nice cards for them 🙂

I've never heard of "Duck on call" but this Playmobil vehicle on amazon seems to be a bargain, approx £26/£30 elsewhere
