I've just dragged all the presents from the loft and my 6 year old needs an extra gift 🙄. Her younger brother has got some 'exciting' big boxed toys so need to get one more thing. I'd prefer not to go cheapy and actually get something she'd use/play with. Any ideas? I was thinking Lego but of course have now missed all the bargains! Any other suitable suggestions - or directions to cheap Lego (so hard to pay full price when you know what the discounted previous costs have been!!).

For candles you can't beat St Eval amazing scents ( Bay and Rosemary is my Xmas scent) handmade by a small, family company, great customer service and eco packaging.

Alternatively Shearer Candles are gorgeous- especially the orange, fig and Hogmanay scents

If anyone else is still looking for a Sodastream I just bought this which is the cheapest I’ve found the Spirit plus the extra bottles and I’ve been watching prices for weeks now. They also have a great deal on the actual Sodastream website but it came with 2 bottles of kombucha syrup which I don’t think my recipient would be impressed with

Good christmas deed done (well apart from the squishmallows and books I have sent on to posters here ) - have bought my local wildlife centre a dolce gusto machine and pods off their christmas wishlist for their volunteers to enjoy.

Save money for them every month so that I can either donate or purchase them bits off the wishlist. Also designed and purchased them some 2022 calendars with some of their animals on to sell to raise funds

Now I really need to stop spending

If you sign up for stockinformer you get sent messages when they are in stock. You need to be quick though -rarer than hens teeth! I have lost count of number of tries since October 2020 and finally got one last week!! BT if you are a customer is another place to try as is AO.
All of which have had some stock over the last months or so but sell out within minutes.
