He's young, early 30s and loves the finer things in life. He only wears discreet elegant designer clothes, dines at fancy restaurants and likes high end whiskies.

Notebook isn’t a bad idea - Moleskine or Leuchtturm are the best for minimalist, luxury types. You could probably get a fancy propelling pencil too.
