John Lewis packaging is normally excessive. I once had a box of crackers arrive in so much bubble wrap I could barely fit it under an arm. I'm afraid this amount of damage seems more than coincidental, especially when some of the items being damaged aren't even the fragile ones. This seems very wasteful given that they could have cancelled.

So if you go on Tiktok across the top it will say about Black Friday deals. Click on the link and there will be some channels that are live. Once on a channel there is a cart next to the comment box that will bring up a list of everything they are selling.

It is quite confusing until you get the hang of it!
