My JL stuff arrived with most of it in a box and one fragile thing in there bubble wrapped, and the second package as a plastic bag around the item’s own box. I order a lot from JL and haven’t had anything broken before. Are they saying send it back and they’ll give you 30% off a new one due to the discount? Or just offering to give you 30% off the broken one? Because the former is probably reasonable but the latter definitely isn’t!

I can do it on my sons phone but not mine for some reason, just bought a smart watch and a sunset lamp I can’t believe the bargains on there, all the Apple things!

Weird Fish, 60% off plus another 20% off

My JL stuff mostly arrived in individual postal bags with loose bits of bubble wrap so some of the chocolates were smashed. One small YSL item was just in a postage bag but then it was crushed and the actual product box was squashed. So thankfully wasn't giving as a gift. The rest came in big boxes and was thoroughly bubble wrapped.

I also need to exchange something not sure how that will work.
