I have a first world problem. I need to buy myself some diamond earrings 😁. Due to covid and cancer diagnosis and treatment, I've built up a stash of birthday/Christmas monies and want to treat myself (£500-750). Does anyone have any recommendations for an online purchase? I am very nervous as this is a HUGE purchase to me. Alternatively, I'm going RL shopping in York at the weekend, so any physical store recommendations also gratefully received.

Also, while I'm in York, what do I want from the Harry Potter /potions place in the Shambles, as it would be rude not to potter around while I'm in the vicinity...

I have no idea about earrings sorry but I’m a massive fan of the shambles. If you are there at lunchtime, treat yourself to lunch at nananoodlebar in the Shambles. It’s still spoken of in awed tones in my house 😂
