Thanks @squishmycherry for the title. A massage gin sounds interesting !

@Dolphintrainer I have a £10 off £60 spend and a £5 off £30 spend for Lakeland if you still need a code? Xmas Smile

Theatre Tickets

for info when buying tickets a useful website, if you have time, to check out seating positions/views is theatremonkey.com as they have peoples reviews of whether its a good seat or not - have used many times and managed to get good value seats as a result

Tinitiny · 24/11/2021 18:39
@tinitiny oh no! Mine still says 'in progress' 🤞
Mine did too. And then I had an email saying they have cancelled because it oversold or some such.
Gutted :(

Comefromaway · 24/11/2021 18:39

@Mummyme87

Just bought dress circle Mary poppins tickets for £20 each using the MasterCard offer
I bought top price for Back to the Future for £50 each. They are normally £90 each.

If the New Year Sale ticket dated are not suitable then TodayTix have a Black Friday sale. There is some crossover but for example TodayTix has discounted Book of Mormon but no BTTF and vice versa.

CamdenLurker · 24/11/2021 18:45

The Mastercard theatre tickets are fab - thanks to the poster who mentioned it!

I got tickets for Six the musical centre stalls for £30 each on dd2's actual birthday, she's going to be over the moon. I'm considering Bring it on as well but I'm undecided as they are all school nights and we live about 90 mins away.

ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy · 24/11/2021 18:47

What size was yours, @Tinitiny? My 12 still says in progress.

Dolphintrainer · 24/11/2021 18:51

@Charlottle thank you so much, I have PM’d you

loveliesbleeding1 · 24/11/2021 18:52

chocolateallday Thank you for the photo box code 💐

Youvegotafriendinme · 24/11/2021 18:54

@BabbleBee DH bought me a pair of those slippers 2 years ago and they barely lasted 6 months. All the fur trim fell off one foot and they very quickly became like walking on thin bits of cardboard. UGG we’re not helpful at all and said I had ‘over worn them and it looked (I sent pictures) like normal wear and tear’ Hmm so if you do go a pair, maybe get them from somewhere with a better customer service department!

People suggesting the Aldi gingerbread house. We had it last year and ours was so soft and strange tasting, we couldn’t eat it. A few friends had the same issue. I wonder if we had a bad bath because it was a really good size and price.

No squishamallows today unfortunately, will keep looking for those that asked.

Thank you to the poster that mention Argos 20% off. I’ve been after a vtech kiddi DH mix toy for my shop and no where has had any offers. I’ve just got the last one for £41 instead of £52 so very happy!

mummyof2boys30 · 24/11/2021 18:55

What is the offer for theatre tickets please

sorryiasked · 24/11/2021 19:01

Off to aldi shortly - anyone still looking for squishmallows etc?

Tinitiny · 24/11/2021 19:01

@ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy

What size was yours, *@Tinitiny*? My 12 still says in progress.
10. Hope you get yours, looks super cute. Aside from being a bargain. Now I need to hint down another one 🙄
Fuckingfuckssake · 24/11/2021 19:01

Thank you so much for all the replies about the graphics tablet, is there such a thing as one that can be used independently? Without connecting to a computer? Access would be restricted that way, budget of about £200, in assuming now is going to be the right time to buy.

Fuckingfuckssake · 24/11/2021 19:02

@sorryiasked yes please! A Father Christmas one would be fab.

applepinkierainbow · 24/11/2021 19:06

@mummyof2boys30 The one I used is for Mastercard holders: officiallondontheatre.com/new-year-sale/

Also as well as Theatre Monkey website you can use the seatplan website to check out seats in theatres.

Carrie76 · 24/11/2021 19:06

Is anyone on this thread near Newry that could pop to the Post office for me? They won’t answer the phone

Comefromaway · 24/11/2021 19:09

@mummyof2boys30

What is the offer for theatre tickets please
London Theatre New Year Sale has massively reduced price tickets for Jan/Feb for selected West End shows.

It’s currently on priority booking for MasterCard holders via Priceless but general booking opens on 7th December here. officiallondontheatre.com/new-year-sale/

Also the TodayTix app has a Black Friday sale on selected shows. www.todaytix.com/london/category/black-friday

The seats to look for are the ones with a star

Miathecat · 24/11/2021 19:12

Any zavvi codes about I have a basketfull

VividImaginationAgain · 24/11/2021 19:13

@ClaraTheImpossibleGirl try JOY2021 for 15% off Jaques.

MerylSqueak · 24/11/2021 19:15

@Allmyarseandpeggymartin sorry I didn't take my phone to work so didn't get this message. It's gone back up now but a poster below says they found a 20%off code for the website

DentalWorries · 24/11/2021 19:17

Anthropologie has 25% off almost everything with code JOY

Now need to sit on my hands and not buy myself any more presents Blush

ElephantandGrasshopper · 24/11/2021 19:17

@Fuckingfuckssake

Can anyone remember the really helpful poster from last year who recommended the drawing tablet? Not the LCD ones the kind that graphic designers use, I'd like to buy one this year and was hoping to pick her brains!!
We've bought this one for dd, it seemed to be good value and good reviews: www.amazon.co.uk/Graphics-Drawing-Tablets-Battery-free-Supports-Black/dp/B07VKB37HZ/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=graphics+tablet&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1637613018&sr=8-4
Thedutchessofhastings · 24/11/2021 19:22

Is anyone else having trouble with the Photobox code? I’ve added a portrait easel calendar and the code is showing but it’s not taking any money off. ??

LittleLego · 24/11/2021 19:23

Argos have really confused me, placed an order using the 20% off code. The Lego friends (already discounted to £16.50 / so £13.20 with the code) has been cancelled but the full value of £16.50 refunded to the gift card I used....so I reordered 🤷‍♀️

22Giraffes · 24/11/2021 19:27

Me and dd are obsessed with Six Blush we're going for the 2nd time next month for her birthday (second row Grin) and then for a 3rd time in January for the sing along performance!
