Poor old Gary - he’s gone from money off his concerts to being drowned in hot chocolate 🤣. Thanks for the title @iklboo Grin

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

RJnomore1 · 18/11/2021 21:05

I wonder if it was somewhere else I looked at 😕

On a different note does anyone know if the holland and Barrett deals are also in store?

Haveyoubrushedyourteeth · 18/11/2021 21:06

@froppysue thanks so much I really appreciate your comment. That's what I'm worried about, I need to dig out the info on which one she has, but I've a feeling you're right and it won't be compatible. I also didn't realise that they can't be used on the phone screens, and I'm not sure she does either. I think it's probably going to be a no go so you've been really helpful and saved me a costly error.

Tightsonmyboat · 18/11/2021 21:08

@IslaInthesun can you please tell me where I can get the milk frother at that price? Thanks

Froppysue · 18/11/2021 21:09

@Newdad19 I love my Apple Pencil, use it daily! I am an artist though so that’s what I mostly do! I downloaded an app called goodnotes, I had to pay a few quid for it but it’s brilliant, I can have different notebooks for different things, and can draw/write on each one, I’ve even done journaling and planning on there. I would say note taking took me longer to get used to than drawing but I do use it all the time now. I also recommend a paper like screen protector.

Lurleene · 18/11/2021 21:10

@Famousthehero
doistayordoigo shock £28 would defs be a bargain for a celebrity massage

If I can get a massage from Chris Hemsworth for less than 30 quid I will be a happy lady Wink

Froppysue · 18/11/2021 21:12

@Haveyoubrushedyourteeth glad to have helped, they’ve never worked on iPhones sadly (I do sometimes forget and try to stay stuff on my phone with the pencil lol) if she has an older iPad then the 1st gen pencil would work, and they’re cheaper and more likely to have deals (or buy refurbished), but definitely worthwhile thinking about before you decide.

@Prizepudding I’m glad you managed to get a theragun - did you go for the standard size or the mini? I’m not sure I want to take the plunge with them being so expensive, I’m not sure how much dh would use it, but he does always complain about his muscles after the gym and constantly wants sports massages… decisions decisions

EvilHerbivore · 18/11/2021 21:12

@LeaderoftheAteam I don't know if you specifically wanted a maileg one but if you don't mind, this one from RexLondon is less than half the price at £10?

Lego Minecraft panda nursery (21158) is down to £10 on Amazon. Estimated dispatch is 4th-21st December though!

TinyTroubleMaker · 18/11/2021 21:14

The lavazza milk frother for 19.99 is a bargain

Definitely

Methenyouplus4 · 18/11/2021 21:14

Well @newdad19 , I succumbed to the (Dior) Sausage for £43, really good price for the parfum (rather than the eau de toilette), thank you.

To be fair, I don't need it until Christmas so I don't need super speedy postage.

I was in Boots today, trying to find an aftershave set that came with a free (either) toiletries bag or weekend type holdall, but they literally had nothing. Pretty sure a few years back there would have been a range of aftershaves/perfumes with free goodies around Christmas time?

AnneShirleysNewDress · 18/11/2021 21:15

@TinyTroubleMaker Where can I get it for £19.99?

Froppysue · 18/11/2021 21:16

Ooooh space nk have a beauty box worth £93 for £40 - it has bum bum cream, the ordinary, paulas choice, Laura mercier powder and olaplex - I’m very tempted but before I buy does anyone know if there’s any codes or referrals that could maybe stack?
here

Methenyouplus4 · 18/11/2021 21:19

@LeaderoftheAteam I bought the £8 baby Malieg rabbit and then bought this matchbox from Amazon for it (ideal size).

I plan to use a bit of felt or vintage tissue to make the bedding.

I also bought the perfect little sister mouse (a tree decoration from the range for £1.99) and a mammy mouse (again a tree decoration for £8.99), I just snipped the hanging ribbon off their heads.

If I get a chance, I will take photos, but might not be until after the weekend as they are stashed away in my Christmas hiding spot.

Prizepudding · 18/11/2021 21:21

@Froppysue I went for the mini, couldnt justify spending more but the reviews are good and hoping to have a go with it myself, we will see but I imagine they have a decent resell value if it’s not used that much. It worked out at £135 instead of £175 so a decent enough saving.

TheDrsDocMartens · 18/11/2021 21:26

@NaturalBlondeYeahRight

Help. Got 3 kids aged 4 and 3 (let’s take a moment to think of the parents here 😀) to buy for, they don’t want toys as only small house so have got them a little mini oodie each but want to get something else, maybe a bit more interesting for child. Done books to death and I know my DS is getting a day out type voucher. I love the post office/stationary idea but it is more stuff. Any inspiration?
IKEA has little colour in cardboard houses to make. If they’re sitting down activity kids these looked good

If I can get a massage from Chris Hemsworth I'd happily pay a lot more than 30 quid Grin Wink

@Scout2016

Does anyone know where I can get the boxed set of Wainwright's Lakeland Fell books for an OK price please? Person requesting them thinks they are £35 based on seeing them on amazon for that once, but I can't see them for that now and don't shop with amazon anyway.
They used to be cheap through book people. Worth trying those sort of sites
