Just gone on at 05.40am and I’m 6223 in a queue already.
It doesn’t open until 6am !

Getting queue paused message too with 146,000 ahead of me….

It was smooth this year. I woke up late, logged on the app at half 6, no queue, full slot availability, got the 22nd which I wanted. A slight glitch with payment but I set up a different card and it worked fine. Much better than last year.

Was on the app at 6am (didn't realise I should have tried earlier ) and had thousands and thousands with a wait time of over an hour. Now I'm 5k and the queue is paused.

For those waiting in a queue, the website seemed to have a queue, the app didn't.

Unpause me you barstewards!

I got in at 5.45 no queue and booked my slot. I just went in again and still no queue and can book more slots

Wow I remembered about 6.45. Opened tesco app and was straight in!

I'll stick with Sainsbury's I think.

Yeah really annoying. I went into the app just after 6, and apparently still have 37 minutes left...

It’s now jumped to over an hour again when I had about 25 mins left.

Sorry! Just tried again and straight in on app and can book a slot . I wonder if its area dependant?

We started the delivery plan just before covid and have to say we have been so impressed with it!

I set an alarm and forgot what it was for. But have just gone in through the app, no queue at all and booked.

I was in a queue for about 30 mins and most of the morning slots for Thursday were gone.

I’ve been in a queue on the app since 6. I was number 170876 but have gone down into 6000s. Wait time keeps growing though

Went through straight away on the app for the 23rd. Still over an hour queue on the website

Strange how people are going on the app and straight in when some of us have been queuing on the app since 6! No rhyme or reason to it unless it is area.

I'm in a queue on my phone, app and browser. Been on my phone since 6am and still at 55k. My wait time was down at 25 mins about an hour ago and then went up and paused. Now I'm back at 29 mins so probably due for a queue pause!

I think it must be area dependent. I was on the phone to my mam, she was straight in an app queue I went straight in and got home delivery and click and collect for my mil on 23rd.

But THANK YOU to those on this thread that said use the app, when I logged on the website I was position 20,789 and queue was paused.

Started queuing at 6 and got in a few mins ago, there were plenty of slots left for the 23rd in my area thankfully.

I’ll take 22nd if I have to - dh has that week off he can go if necessary

I got straight in on the app at about 6:30 this morning. Booked my slot.

I opened app on phone at 6am and still in queue... says another 15 mins yet. Looking unlikely I will get a slot anywhere near Christmas.
