Please help me find an impossibly tiny box

I am looking for probably the teeniest tiniest box in the world. I have purchased a extreme micro crochet animal for my DD 14 and I need a box to put him in. He’s so small, just about a cm in length.
I’m going to wrap him in a bigger box, then a bigger one, then a bigger one, with “nope, not yet” on every layer until she gets to the impossibly tiny centre.

You can print off templates, I'll have a look.

I am now also getting lost down a rabbit hole wondering if I should get a locket and hide him inside that. I'd need one that isn't just for flat photos though and she is a goth so would need to be quite ornate/Victorian looking.

How about an earrings gift box? DD has a teeny silver box that she was gifted some earrings in. It's no more than 1cm high and about 3x2 in width and depth.

The price was crazy but it is just so unbelievably cute.

Hmm, maybe I should get dd one. (and pinch the whole box idea of course. She is also 14)

We very sadly lost our beloved 17 year old dog this year and thanks to this thread I have ordered dd (nearly 16) a miniature version of the dog!!

She also tends towards goth and I love the idea of a locket necklace to put it in. Please share if you come across anything suitable.

That axolotl is unbelievably cute! DD was angling for one of them for a long time too...

I have never seen them before this year either but I am so in love with them.
I'm glad I've started a 'thing' now.

I've been collecting boxes for ages so that he can be wrapped up in something massive. I might do it like 'pass the parcel' with a little token thing like a chocolate at each layer.

Sure they sellers could use your £1 coin photo to check whether he should fit.

(My brain is now thinking I would get them to use frozen peas as a consistent scale checker that you can double check your end LOL.)

You can buy clear glass memory locket. I have some small things in mine which I think are bigger than your micro-crochet. I can measure if needed. Then she could wear it as well as see it? I’ll find a link and take some pics…
