If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Well all my local Aldi's are useless!! Completely confused one young worker asking if they had any!! The search goes on.

BlueFlavour · 31/10/2021 20:19

Grin didn't see other replies!
Thank you so much.

Billyandemily · 31/10/2021 20:20

I would love a cupcake squishmallow if anyone manages to get any spares. My 4 yr old would love it but they didn't have any at our local store earlier.

Billyandemily · 31/10/2021 20:23

Not a massive bargain as such as still expensive but sweatybetty have £25 off a £100 spend with code spookybetty. My husband has kindly bought me 2 pairs of leggings for Christmas. He just doesn't know it yet 🤣

Fluffitybrush · 31/10/2021 20:31

The Hand Made Christmas Co have 15% off their personalised present sacks and stockings until midnight with code SCARY15.

22Giraffes · 31/10/2021 20:31

@daisy829 that is so kind, I would love the earth one or a cinnamon bun one, I will go back and see if I can find the person who has the spare cinnamon bun 🤞🏻

Sorry for the delay in replying, elderly ddog has had a fall and needs to go to the vet so my concentration is not great atm!

22Giraffes · 31/10/2021 20:34

@Fuckingfuckssake

I've just been to my Aldi for Squishmallows, I grabbed a couple of extra cinnamon buns and a latte if anyone struggles to get them I'm happy to post.
@fuckingfuckssake I would love a cinnamon bun squishmallow for my dd if you still have a spare one? No pressure and no worries at all if not Xmas Smile
Haudyourwheesht · 31/10/2021 20:41

Thanks for the Victoria's Secret tip @ScarlettDarling.

IggyAce · 31/10/2021 20:45

@MerylSqueak I’d go with a wish list, camera accessories can be £££. I stopped asking years ago how much dh had spent on equipment.

MerylSqueak · 31/10/2021 20:47

Grin @IggyAce

Autumnleaves4 · 31/10/2021 20:50

@sorryiasked Thank you for the recommendation, @WisestIsShe I'm afraid I can't get the code to work, have you used it?

PinkJam · 31/10/2021 20:57

@22Giraffes I hope your ddog is ok Flowers

RainbowPhilosophy · 31/10/2021 20:58

Thanks for the sugar free syrup recommendations, I've passed them onto DM Smile

Rockhopper81 · 31/10/2021 21:05

@MerylSqueak

I would also say that it's important how you get on with photography equipment: a camera strap, for example, has to sit right for you - had a couple that were just a little too short, but when I got the one that made the camera sit at the right place when it was 'at rest', it made all the difference.

I agree about the tripods - the cheaper ones are fine if you don't want to put too heavy a lens on the camera and you're shooting in optimum conditions, but stick a heavy lens and a noticeable wind on them and they're likely to topple (although many have hooks for bags to hang on for extra weight, and ankle weights can be strapped around them - albeit with more 'additional' weight to carry).

As a gift I'd go for a bag as a 'safe' option - and different bags are useful in different scenarios, so having more than one isn't a problem (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!) That backpack linked earlier looks interesting...off to have another look at that...

dawnky1983 · 31/10/2021 21:07

Many thanks @XiCi x

dizzygirl1 · 31/10/2021 21:07

Any ideas for a dressing gown for DS12? He's in the middle stage, not quite boy but not quite teen.... ideally would like a soft dressing gown which will last him a couple of years.

22Giraffes · 31/10/2021 21:11

@pinkjam thank you, she already had a bad leg with a large inoperable lump on it and now she's gone and fallen off the sofa and is now not weight bearing on the front leg and limping on the back leg 🤦‍♀️ we'll see what happens at the vet tomorrow.

Sorry to derail the thread everyone!

WisestIsShe · 31/10/2021 21:14

@Autumnleaves4 no I haven't used it but it is printed on the catalogue which arrived in the last 2 or 3 days.

Ibelieveinyou · 31/10/2021 21:16

@dizzygirl1 I always buy from M&S, they are really soft and warm and wash up well.

Tinysnickers · 31/10/2021 21:18

Hugely behind, but whoever wanted to buy an Ooni pizza oven Dobbies garden centres have them on offer.
We have a koda 16 and can highly recommend.

2319inprogress · 31/10/2021 21:23

A wee heads up that the Lego TIE fighter from Amazon came in a brown cardboard LEGO box 🤦🏻‍♀️
Luckily I was between kids & courier but I'm not usually.

22Giraffes hope Ddog has a good night & is right as rain ASAP

Fuckingfuckssake · 31/10/2021 21:24

@22Giraffes I've got One here for you if you'd like it, pm me your address and I'll sort it tomorrow.

Logoplanter · 31/10/2021 21:26

Seconding M & S for dressing gowns for kids.

Fab idea, hadn't thought of m and s! Brilliant, I'll keep an eye out for bargains there then.
