Has anyone had a dispatch email from WHSmith that didn't include all their order? I know some people had issues with the Top Gear book but did that say it was unavailable or did it just disappear from the order update emails? I ordered two of the ST&G great British maps - one with tv and film locations and another with music locations. The music one was down to £2.99 so cheap as chips with the codes, but I've had a dispatch email which only shows the full price one. I've been charged the discounted total for both as per my original order confirmation though, which implies I should receive both...

@Arthien I had an order where 3 books arrived and then the next day the rest came in a separate parcel. I ordered again over the weekend and have woken up to an email telling me that one item is actually oos but they've requested more and they'll refund if they can't get any. So it looks like they will tell you if it's not coming. Hope that helps.

@IHeartKingThistle there's no voucher code. There's just a tick box near the price on any items that have a code available that you need to check. Discount should show on checkout page, not in your basket.

I can't get these to stack. If I add all 3 the save £5 over rides the 10% off and as I've spent £120 before discount I get more off if I remove it
