Thanks for the last thread @MissCherryCakeyBun and thread title @OneMorePieceOfCheese and @room4onemore

If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

@SpamIAm
Thank you .
So a positive then ?
Hopefully by next Christmas Ds will have finished it ,. And frame it for me as my present ☺️☺️

DollyPartBaked · 08/10/2021 20:24

I keep them on the top of my wardrobe but when there's a handful (not much space in the wardrobe!) i transfer to the loft. Have a massive bag up there that is gradually getting fuller and fuller!

bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:26

@SpamIAm...
I got mine as well !
Fab offer .
Not sure on the onion bhaji snacks !
Might taste better with an evening of wine ,, instead of a cup of tea !

bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:28

Thanks for the comments about storage...but do you wrap them before hiding them ?

Jedstre · 08/10/2021 20:32
@bizzey, I do diamond art at work (I'm care worker not pro diamond artist 😂) and can confirm that it takes a lot of organisation!

It's a bit like paint by numbers so you need to separate each colour, we use thread storage boxes from b&m, then dip the sticky stick thing in and place them in the teeny tiny grooves on the picture... It's really addictive once you get going Grin
Very helpful Grin I’ve bought this for my daughter

RJnomore1 · 08/10/2021 20:35

@bizzey brilliant! I might get me one too at some point...

There’s some good make up boxes too, mac, nars etc for a bit more £35/40 ish but a really big saving on them and would be good presents too I think. Keep an eye as different boxes come in and out of stock but the espa candle one is a clear winner 😁

bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:35

@Jedstre
Did you buy the Amazon one ?

Daisy829 · 08/10/2021 20:35

No I don’t wrap the pressies before I store them. I probs won’t wrap until December then pop them back in the loft & will then have to transfer them to the garage before Xmas day. Our loft hatch is right by the kids room.
Thanks to whoever mentioned Katie loxton again. I’ve ordered my 15yo niece a faux fur scarf. Hope she likes it.

MissCherryCakeyBun · 08/10/2021 20:35

@Reastie it's nearly time for Cinnamon Bums GrinGrinGrin

GeronimosDisco · 08/10/2021 20:36

A massive thank you to the poster who recommended the craft seconds day. I've had little parcels arriving all week and they're all fabulous.

Also a massive thank you to the Snaffling pig idea. I sent my bil a beer brewing kit and he keeps sending me extra thank you messages🤣 absolute bargain for 7.50.

SpamIAm · 08/10/2021 20:38

All these posts about where people are storing their presents makes me think I've completely over done it 🙈 I've got three towers of boxes in the garage. No way would that all fit under my bed 😂

Jedstre · 08/10/2021 20:39

@Squ1ggle

On the lookout for a football net for my soon to be 7yr old. I'm thinking more of a solid traditional type to leave outside rather than a pop up one. Has anyone seen any bargains or could recommend one?
@Squ1ggle as pp mentioned, we also got forza goal from this company, who have a sale on. I’d recommend getting the biggest you can and you should get many years out of it. www.networldsports.co.uk/football/football-goals.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIw63nl8i78wIVkwDmCh0t4g3iEAAYAiAAEgIkBfD_BwE
bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:40

@RJnomore1
It is due to arrive Sunday .
I can post pics then .

bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:43

Wow , I can't believe I have only been on these threads for about a week ...
and I am nearly done ...
apart from the " impossible to buy for" ds3 (17).
Thank you everyone .

Jedstre · 08/10/2021 20:43
@Jedstre
Did you buy the Amazon one ?
Yes, a panda one. About £5 so thought it was worth a try.

bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:50

Jedstre
Same thinking re the cost .

I got Ds the 4 seasons tree .

bizzey · 08/10/2021 20:53

I suppose I really should check my bank account tonight 🙁🙁😭😭

Christmasmcchristmasface · 08/10/2021 20:55

I’ve just been emailed this bargain from Tokyo laundry - men’s winter hoodie or over shirt jacket and then you can pick either slippers or boxers for 24.99 there’s also a code for 20% off - not sure if it stacks but you can also use topcashback for a little added extra

livinginhope87 · 08/10/2021 20:58

Not a goal but we have a rebounder for my footie mad 8 year old. It springs the ball back to them. I got one on ebay. Can link if anyone is interested:)

Daisy829 · 08/10/2021 20:59

I accidentally drank a full bottle of my wine from wine52 last night. My head didn’t thank me today. Seemed a good idea at the time 🙈

bizzey · 08/10/2021 21:01

Daisy829
I have had mine sitting in their box for a whole 4 hours now !
I am very proud of myself 😀😀

bizzey · 08/10/2021 21:01

Was it nice ?

bizzey · 08/10/2021 21:02

What ones did you get

RainbowPhilosophy · 08/10/2021 21:03

Mine are stored in a couple of big Really Useful Boxes in the spare room... and the overflow is in cardboard boxes in the spare room and hidden in my wardrobe Blush I don't wrap until December as I like a day of wrapping with Christmas songs playing to get me feeling festive.

EvilHerbivore · 08/10/2021 21:07

If anyone sees the original cluedo for less than about £18 (Amazon's current price) will they give us a shout?
DS1 now decided he'd like to play it and is probably a bit old for the Junior version I think
