Has anyone bought a Typo mystery box? I'm tempted as looks a good way to pick up lots of stocking fillers but there is no clue what's in there. Thinking of the Bored AF and the Stationary one.

@hiredandsqueak A smidgen over budget (think we got for £27 last year with a code) but for DS male, vegan teacher we went for a Chillys water bottle, engraved with 'Mr G', I assume he really liked it as he still uses it every day

Just wanted to say thank you for the tip about the sweet paper bags. I'm trying to cut down on waste so have bought brown paper and Christmas stamps that DDs and I will use to decorate our own wrapping paper this year. I hadn't even thought about the stockings but bought some red and white striped paper bags for sweets off Amazon last night so they can hopefully look festive for the Father Christmas presents (FC just brings the stockings in our house.) Quick and recyclable so thank you!

Ooh that's a good idea, will ask dd to see if he has anything he uses already. I know he's a foodie and likes baking as he brought in a vegan birthday cake he'd made that dd declared was pretty much like eating sawdust

@Sisisimone have you looked at the youtube unboxing videos? There is one I just watched which looks to have been uploaded today, gives a good idea what was in there. No idea what Typo products are like but the majority of the contents looked sweary - not sure if that's what you are after though.

Name changed as I'm giving my location away but I was in M&S Chester this morning and they had the full complement of light up tins - tea in gold and silver and shortbread in gold, silver and bronze. They also had the gin in both flavours, the mini gin bauble sets in both flavours and light up rum I think?

I did! Returned as really not worth it, not even in a "box" (which I thought was unclear from the website description). So in reality just a selection of random items which I imagine they just couldn't shift. Lots of friends branded stuff in the relax box which I got for my son - he doesn't watch friends at all! Also tried the stationery one for my daughter and again you would be better off buying items you really want in their sale. Still waiting for the refund too
